I think it's nuts that you've never seen it, but I agree, any decent-looking movie is worth it. And this one in particular is worth more than that. It might not have the same charm for you because you didn't grow up with it, which is unfortunate (it just has a certain kind of magic when you're a kid), but I'm sure you'll like it. Well, by "worth" I don't mean "market value" or "going price" or whatever term you prefer. When I say there is no such thing as a shoe worth $250, I'm referring more to intrinsic value, I guess. I'm not 100% sure if that's the term I want to use... Basically, what I'm saying is that I don't what brand they are or who wrote their name on them, shoes are shoes. I find it silly to place that much worth in something when you can just go somewhere else and get a different pair of shoes. I've got a buddy who collects sunglasses ranging anywhere from $500 to $2000 each and many of them look and perform just like ones I've seen at Walmart for a few bucks. He argues that they are super high quality, but based on what I've read, they apparently only cost a few pennies more to produce. It makes absolutely no sense to me. People put too much stock into names.
Hopefully you get an idea of where I'm coming from.

Most people don't understand collecting games either
I know a guy who used to collect shoes, he had them all sealed to preventing oxidation or something to that effect, but he ended up selling basically his entire collection when he lost his job several years ago. Sustained his family for over a year selling his games and old shoes :V

Mario 3D Gummies! Tetris Link board game. I also found the GT5 CE and got it for the same price as the stand alone game they were selling. It was missing the art book so I had some bargaining leverage.

Probably my most interesting find this month. Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes collectable figure battling game (CFBG?). You can either battle opponent with heat sensitive cards or the more action packed version by shooting marbles at your opponents figures. This looked like it was distributed in PAL regions but I found this in a Cleveland area Half Price books.
Thrift finds:
My first Colecovision. I got both that and the 2600 6 switch with all the cords for $20.
They also had these CD-i game for $1.50. Sadly no Zelda games or system to be found.
And my only Craigslist find in about a year.
Either my Justifier (which eradicated the Snatcher menace from Neo Kobe City just perfectly) is dieing or those American Laser Games are meant to eat quarters with no qualms about being cheap. Also got to love Double Switch with talent like Corey Haim, R Lee Ermey, and Debbie Harry as characters...oh this game is so 90's.
