The Official Ninja Gaiden Sigma Thread (demo's up for DL)

The one move I kept abusing was her grab that would break/cut the necks off. I used it over and over with the 60 fiend challenge, or was it 50? But that took care of them in no time :D
I'd bust the spinning one if there were a bunch all around me.

They're already blended in to Sigma. The enemies in Hard, Very Hard, and Master Ninja (like the cat chicks and ogres) were added by the HPs, as well as the lunar staff, the 3rd person camera control, and a bunch of other stuff. some of the missions were part of the 3rd hurricane pack as well.

and all hurricane packs were part of a tournament, the people who were ranked first at the end of each one were flown to Japan to compete against each other. The people in the last 10 places got "Ninja Dog" T-shirts :lol: I wonder if they'll do all that again.

They should hold another tournament, oh, and just for the hell of it have the people ranked last to compete against each other :lol:

Yeah, I didn't really like her that much either. She is really all about countering IMO so just wait for them to attack and then counter.
 
I didn't like this on the Xbox, but I like the demo. I don't get it either. I am trying to find a deal on this game. I can't wait to get my hands on it.
 
I cannot believe that the developers threw the same crappy 480p videos on this version.

On top of that, the videos looked like there was an interlacing problem on the original games.

after comparing them side by side, they the same vids just copied and pasted (except in native WS maybe?)

at first I thought they had actually used vids that were worse than in Black...but it was just the contrast with the upgraded graphics that tricked my eyes :)

It's a good game, basically the same as the xbox one but graphics are alot better and you get to play as the girl...for $30 it wouldn't be a loss to get it.
 
Man.. I'm trying to trade for this game. Why is it so hard to pry away from people? It's not exactly rare or anything.

My advice is to wait until Sony announces a Greatest Hits lineup for the PS3 in the US. Rumor has it that NG:Sigma will be part of the first line so you'd be able to pick it up for $30.

If you wanted it now, you could try your local Target and see if it's on clearance.

As far as I remember, they offered three different add-ons that were things like time attack and along those lines.

Crimson - Been looking locally. It's not something I'm in dire need of, but just something I've noticed.

I don't think it has sold near enough copies to constitute being a greatest hits. Granted, we don't know what they'll pull on the requirements for PS3.
