Yikes. The job I'm interviewing for today didn't have a salary listed, but I called and asked the Human Resource Department, and it starts about 8k more than I thought.
My dad just called and asked if I wanted to be an extra in Drew Barrymore's new movie.

I said, "No."
You Suck.

;) Just Kidding.

Hey, Maklermak. When you preorder from Amazang, is it an instant charge of the full price, or do they charge you when they game releases, or what?

You're as cold as ice, budge. :nottalking:

"Ice Cold" Budge Lite would be your wrasslin' name.
What did you have to do, Brak? Sit at a bar and say pretzels were making you thirsty?
That'd be ill, but I don't think so.

I have to fuckin' work every day for, like, two weeks, anyway. :|
They don't charge until it ships.

I played the Bioshock demo last night.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Dallow is almost exactly a year behind.

Off to the dentist on two hours of sleep! Here's to hoping I don't get a boner!

Privacy?
How do I turn it off?

Thanks, felt good to get some cheese.
It was a free game that came preloaded on the HDD.

Yeah, Hexic came with my 360 as well. Pretty good puzzler that had me slightly obsessed for a few weeks. I haven't played it in months now.

A legend is born.
Superman is back.
No. He can't be. He never was.
In fact, it should've been a G on his chest. For "piping hot fucking GARBAGE".
I made an offline profile when I initially couldn't get online, how do I delete it?
system settings tab?
And then buy it tonight on PSN.
You mean tomorrow night.

I wish they'd fucking spill the beans on this "exclusive" content or whatever.

Just ask manthing if you need some good games for cheesemints. He pointed me to Cars and Open Season which are both so CAS.

Yeah, who knows what it is Frosty, probably something lame anyway.

The 360 demo is nice (also up on JPN PSN store) and the analog stick works just fine, better than the D-Pad.

You lost the right to boast about cheese when you stopped whoring it, birdmobile.

Shouldn't you be at work?;)

Looks like that 3 years of spinning have scrambled the penguins brain...

Out of curiosity (hope I'm not being too nosy here), what do you tend to wear on a job interview? I hear some people say I should wear a suit and tie for a job interview, but some say it should be a lighter color suit like gray (and I only have a black suit unfortunately). Some tell me that wearing a suit and tie is too dressy. I dunno, that's one thing I'm planning to ask SEVERAL people I know about.
Depends on the job.

Burger King? "Twiztid" t-shirt and lingering aroma of bongwater should be appropriate.
Bank? Suit and tie. None of that "Ralph Marlin" shit, you'll come off like a cheap prick.
Government job? Assless chaps.

EDIT: BTW, if you're applying for a job where you'll need to wear a suit and tie, better buy a couple more suits, hombre.

Oh yeah, I went to d/l the BC demo this morning...

Only to realize the fucking cornhole munching $$$$$$s at Cuntcast turned off both my internet and cable, when I only discontinued the cable

:bomb:

On the plus side, when I called Monday night to see what was up, the CS rep told me my interbutt signal was 'too strong' and that's what caused my shittastic XBL connections

Hey Mana, the college you graduated from should have a department or at least a contact who helps students with job placement. Why not contact them and ask what's best to wear for the interviews you have lined up?

I went to visit my sister yesterday. She cried to my Dad that her cable has been out for a long time, Comcast keeps saying they'll come by and they don't (they were suppose to come by the previous day). Just as my sister was about to go with my Dad and I, they come. They told my sister she'd be charged $28 or so because they stopped by. Anyway, the employee at Comcast went outside and saw the problem was someone tried to split the cable 4 times, when it was only suppose to be split once (that's why she lost it). When someone tried getting phone/internet installed, that's why it happened. The lady at Comcast didn't charge my sister because it was outside work, but she said when someone gets cable/internet/phone installed, it's very likely her cable will be disconnected again and she'll have to call.

They MIGHT have something on it. I remember they had an interview skills night, but I didn't go due to their being a winter storm warning that night.

Because when they hear of a job opening in your field (and they're going to have a lot of network contacts), you want them thinking, "The Mana Knight would be perfect for this."
Wow, I quite liked the BC demo.
Not the usual crapcom.

Will buy.

Tomorrow.
You can go to Target and get a 1600pts card for $15 this week. That way you can get Bionic Commando for a lot cheaper and you can start earning achievements now.

Ha, I didn't even notice Brak's posting about being an extra in a movie with Ellen Page.

"Whip it," no?

I had a few feelers out for that, too, but on the roller-skatin' zebra end of things. No dice.

They're normally $20/1600 so $15/1600 is a good deal.
