Would you guys recommend me grabbing the extended warranty on that Westinghouse tomorrow? I'm really kinda glad I don't have my paypal and bank account linked. I can't blow my balance on online deals.

They would be free AR. The rebate is for 10 bucks.

I have the original DVD of Braveheart and the extended version of Gladiator. I really hope those count.

Actually you send in the proof of purchase tabs, not the UPC. I already got my rebate checks back from when they were first released. In Gladiator, the DVD version I had the Proof of purchase tabs were in the chapter listing insert inside the DVD and not on the cover like they normally are.

You won't buy it anyway, but just in case hell freezes over, pass on the warranty. Just use a credit card that offers large purchase protection. It usually extends the warranty by a year or more.

We're planning on being there by 4 ish, so I think it'll be alright. Tyler Texas is pretty big though, so I'm gonna have to fight foe it. It's no huge loss if I dont't manage to get it though.
 
Apparently there's some bullshit in the fine print on those Braveheart/Gladiator rebates where your receipt needs to come from the state that you live in so Amazon probably won't count.
