I don't understand why if you preorder a game on PSN Sony can't release it to you before the store updates. That would be a nice incentive for people, and shouldn't be that hard to do on their end.
 
i'm disgustingly good at League of Legends, i think i might start looking for a serious team :joystick:

and my sakura on SSF4 is coming along nicely now that i got this club at school going. it's like you learn a year's worth of online play in a week when you have decent people to play with.

I'm convinced the backend system for the PS store is a huge clusterfuck that was thrown together when sony realized they needed to compete against XBL.

Recently, my friends have been playing a lot of Halo: Reach online. Talk shit, but that game is fucking FUN.
 
I was under the impression that a free game on PS+ is yours until your PS+ sub has ended. So every single "free" game that they have available is your as long as you download it during its open window.

With that free month of PS+ I didn't bother with any of the free games.

Not saying Halo Reach isn't fun, but playing with someone I know is how I got through Resistance 2.

I've never had In-n-Out. I've had Five Guys, it's pretty good.
But Shake Shack makes the best fucking burgers. (Though there's only a few. All along the east coast. And one in the middle east apparently?)

I'd love to see the SNES Party-style stream be a monthly thing for GB subscribers. Vinny's unplayed Steam library could make for a great show.

I checked out the Fear Gauntlet stuff from the GB interns despite not being a fan and it's decent for the first few, though I was expecting them to be a bit more like an ER than quick looks.
 
I like 5 guys a lot more than In-N-Out for the toppings and the fries (prefer them from places that cut their potatoes in house).

But I'm not a big fan of either. If I'm going to eat an unhealthy burger I'd rather get one from a local joint (i.e. a pub or whatever) that has truly good burgers (like what you'd make yourself on the grill at home) rather than a crappy fast food burger.

But for a fast food burger at least 5 Guys has a shit ton of toppings I can use to cover up the taste of the crappy, thin and greasy, low grade, fast food beef.

Yeah, that's exactly how it works. And I think if you let your subscription expire and then resubscribe later on, you get back all the free games from your previous subscription. You also get to permanently keep anything you buy with a PSN+ discount.

Agreed. If I wanted to make a giant burger, I'd throw a real cow on the grill: linkpwns' sister. Only problem is that just like I don't shit where I eat, I don't eat what I fuck.
 
As far as fast food burgers go, Five Guys burgers aren't that thin. Sure it's not thick like a specialized local burger joint, but compared to everywhere else, it's certainly a big step up. I guess that's to be expected though considering it's also more expensive. I don't think of Five Guys as the same kind of fast food as McDonald's, Wendy's, BK, etc. Never been to the West Coast, so I've never had In-n-out.
