Strategy Guides
Strategy Guide Condition Guidelines:
  • S - Sealed; May have very minor corner rubbing, very small rips in the plastic seal due to storage. Anything else will be noted.
  • A - Like New / Very Good; May show signs of light wear from storage/age (being placed onto + pulled from a shelf or rack) and/or minimal use (flipped through). Slight corner damage, cosmetic edge/paint wear, minor creases/bends to the covers falls into this category. Minor/cosmetic damage to the spine area will be explicitly noted. Essentially, what you could expect to find at a retail store like Best Buy / Barnes & Noble.
  • B - Good / Wear; Shows signs of wear from normal/consistent use (larger creases/bends, small rips, moderate/structural damage to the spine, damage from being dropped/shoved into tight spaces). All items in this category (and lower-ranking categories) should have notes. Essentially, what you would expect from a 2nd-hand source (or GameStop back in the days when kids would still sit down and read through the guides in the stores).
  • C - Lightly Damaged (Repairable); Still entirely usable, but has moderate/major damage to cover/pages beyond just normal use. Loose pages (limited to just several pages) would fall under this category.
  • D - Damaged beyond simple repair; Pages potentially falling out due to damaged binding, missing (chunks of) covers/pages, or over 33% of the book is moderately/heavily damaged in some way.
  • F - Junk; There had better be a VERY good reason it's being listed (instead of being thrown away).
