We appreciate you helping keep this thread up to date. The sales change virtually every day so no one person has the time to update them all. If you notice a game is no longer on sale, feel free to delete its line from the sale list. Of course, if you see a game is on sale, add it to the list. Make sure your changes match the thread's format! For example, every game that's on sale is part of an unordered list. When adding a game to the list, copy an existing line and update the link, title, and prices. That way, the format stays correct. Do not list percentages off! We list the original price and the sale price here. If you have any suggestions for major changes to the post/thread, PM me (EastX) about them.

What is a CD key and where can I find it?

The CD Key is a serial number with a combination of 13, 18, or 25 letters and numbers - it can be found on a sticker inside your game's case or printed on the game's quick reference card.
The CD Key acts as your proof of purchase for the game - Steam Support may ask for it if you need to establish your ownership of an account. It is recommended that you keep your CD Key in a safe place to ensure the security of your account.

I just received the copy of Rage that I bought from newegg last week. Much to my surprise, I got the Anarchy Edition. I was certain that they would have gone through their stock of the Anarchy edition of Rage already.

Yeah, nothing happens. I've redeemed two of the 75% off of Trine 2 coupons now and same thing. They just don't show up in my inventory at all. Lame.

Weird, I picked the Goblin Menace coupon and it tells me it is 50% off but when I redeemed it on Steam it is 75% off. Score! Bought :D

I'm not defending lurkers taking codes without posting, but everyone hates it and everyone continues to post codes out in the open, then complain and get mad when they get swiped. I've always thought "What did you expect?"

Lurkers taking codes annoys me too... What about the CAG code system that was introduced recently, can that be used for this type of thing?

If I personally had a code, I think I'd offer it in the thread and then PM it to whoever showed interest, just saying. Hope I don't come across like a jerk in this post, just trying to share my view on things.

Agree. Although sometimes you want to share, but don't want to receive 100 PMs asking for the code.

I get that, it'd be more work but you would completely avoid this scenario of someone stealth-claiming a code.
 
Eh, not like the codes are a huge deal -- I'd be surprised if we didn't see discounts like this during the sale in few weeks/months.

Completely agree. In fact, if we can wait a month, the sales are likely to be better than the prices with these coupons.

BTW, who was it that said that the Trine 2 DLC coupon was 75% off? I finally got one and it was only 50%. I don't even own Trine 2 yet, so I wont be using the coupon, but I had nothing better to do so I kept playing the slots. i figured that I'd throw the coupon out to somebody here.

I won two codes for the goblin menace dlc and went to redeem them on steam in hopes of getting a 75% off coupon but it wasn't meant to be, I got two 50% off coupons instead
 
They must have fixed it. I suspected they would do so if they caught wind the codes were for 75% off instead of the intended 50% off. Glad I purchased mine when they were still giving 75% off.

They announce different deals throughout the show. Last time they announced the KoA deal at the end. That said, Tony posted the link to the bundle and the price usually flips before they announce it on the show so you can buy then.
