Steam deals on other stores: (Related threads on CAG.)

Indie* bundle threads: (*Not always indie, nor always a bundle.)

Free stuff:
There are quite a few free games (mostly Free to Play) and mods available via the Steam platform, a comprehensive list of which can be found in this thread on the SPUF.
(NOTE: free games are not permanently attached to your Steam account like actual purchases would be. You'll need to manually download a game again from the website if you uninstall it.)

Damn pasports, your mom's got a flat chest. How was it snacking on those mosquito bites as a baby? Bundlestars is always ineffable. Serves her right imo.

The game having the same vehicle designs with the same names as the original. They also lifted the same "voicework" that was done in the original, as well as the same audio. The original audio was licensed from bands like Black Sabbath, Steppenwolf, George Thorogood, and Deep Purple.

My guess is that these Russian devs didn't re-license these songs. That alone is enough to get the game pulled.
Hey, those Russians are pretty good at bringing the funk tho:

Question to the floor:

I'm nearing the end of the Borderlands 2 main story. In what order should I attempt the DLC?

And should I hop in at a certain level? I'm around L30 at the moment and want to make sure I do the content while it's relevant.
I was going to suggest just skipping right to Tiny Tina but, as it has been pointed out, the Torgue character really should be experienced in his own DLC first to get the full effect of his brief cameo.

It also kind of depnds on how far into BL2 you're going to want to go. If you plan on playing through the story one more time (and plan on going past lvll 50), then you should just do:

Torgue

Tiny Tina

then skip back to the second playthrough, after which point you could easily tackle the remaining two in any order.

You, sir, are the wind beneath my wings.
No one told me we had a celebrity on CAG.

How stupid would it be to download a 7GB game just to get 5 card drops worth around 8-9 cents each? I don't wanna mess with that achievement manager thing.
i don't know what the acheievement manager thing does or what dilemma that presents for you, but i've downloaded multiple games in the past (some of which have been 7 gb) just to get the cards to sell.

So, Starbound finally gets knocked off of the #1 seller on Steam after almost a full two weeks there thanks to the DayZ Stand-Alone Client. Wonder if it will go back to the #1 spot or continue to sink down.

Sorry guys, I'll tell my Bad Rats key resellers to back down a little on the forceful pitches.  They get disciplined harshly if they don't meet their quotas, but that's no excuse to be harassing TSEL like that.  24 hours in the vodka vat for that socialist scum.

SAM is very easy to use and I've idled the majority of my cards that way. You don't have to touch any of the achievements, you're basically just using it to run the executable.

As soon as you get them dropped you become eligible for that booster pack.

OMG seriously, things aren't always as they appear. Check out the link above. (Don't worry, it's safe.)
HOW DARE YOU HIDE THAT FILTH IN A SFW LINK?!

I've also used SAM to farm all but maybe 10 cards worth. No problems with it whatsoever.

Oh, luckily the game is just a 3.6GB download and not 7 so this time I'll do that instead of looking into SAM, I checked it out once and felt hesitant about using it. I think you had to install some weird support files that I didn't feel good about installing.

I haven't used SAM, although I've been tempted to. Maybe SSE doesn't want to use it because you're technically breaking Steam's ToS by using it.
