if you finally get L4D2 "installed" the download speeds are actually having no issues whatsoever... which boggles my mind why the store is getting so hammered... games are downloading fine with no issues.

what do you want support to say or do? lol it's not like you were purchasing games and then they were not appearing under your account, your credit card was billed, and they weren't refunding your money. Are you really that much of a hurry to buy games that are just going to sit in your backlog for months? lol

I had a very negative experience with support. I was just comparing that to steam overall. Also, I actually play the games I purchase....

pain in the ass for the one giving out the codes but like someone was doing earlier "First CAG member to quote so and so post gets the code etc" but yeah the Neogaf way is the best.
