How do you have a Final Fantasy concert??? Are there like beeps and bloops, or orchestras, or tribute bands???
No, it's not blips and bloops. It's a full orchestra and if you've played any games since SNES and Genesis, you'd be aware that videogame music is much more than "beeps and bloops"
Really? I might as well not have mentioned orchestras then, eh? I mean, after all everyone knows there's never been an FF since FF V (or VI or whatever). Where I came up with orchestra is completely insane! Can you believe I acctually thought there was an FFVII or VIII?! I even (only for a moment) thought there was a IX!!! Hot damn, better label me clinically insane! Aside from the sarcasm, however... (No offense, Lucky13

) I was only aware of one actual song (with words and what-not) and that was the one from X. (That metal song from the beggining and when you fight Jecht). That's why I was wondering. A lot of friends have enjoyed the FF music and have been obsessing over the soundtracks so I was curious.
No offense taken....I was just messin with ya. Since FF8 there have been songs with lyrics, but they've been mainly in Japanese. For me, it's all about the nostalgia of the music. For instance, I love 1000 Words from FFX-2. I absolutely love that song, I even get a little emotional. But, as far as "normal" music goes, I love metal. Like, slipknot, mudvayne, and Tool. When it comes to game music, it's about reliving those moments that I spent with the game and how much fun I had or how much the story touched me. And, no series has had that effect like the Final Fantasy series.
How do you get a hold of the lyrical ones? (Are they like metal? Anything along those lines will work for me. Techno is great, too.) As for FF X-2... I could
not play through it. It was so extremely girly (even with our love for FF, the girlishness prevented me and my best friend from completing it. Apparently we're not
that hardcore.), so I have no idea what song you're talking about...
