The "Trip-Hop is the shit!" Song of the Moment

The White Stripes - Wasting My Time

The White Stripes - Do

The White Stripes - I'm Bound To Pack It Up

The White Stripes - Truth Doesn't Make A Noise

The White Stripes - I'm Finding It Harder to Be a Gentlemen

The White Stripes - The Same Boy You've Always Known

The White Stripes - I Just Don't Know What To Do With Myself

The White Stripes - The Air Near My Fingers

The White Stripes - Forever For Her (Is Over For Me)

The White Stripes - As Ugly As I Seem

Ended up doing 2 from each album. No reason.

I wonder if I just unconsciously decided what my favorite songs from each album are.

I also wonder if someone would be able to create a psych profile of myself given only that information. 8-[

I own that album, but somehow it's not on either my pc or my iriver. Guess I'll have to drag out that box of cds so I can rip it. :whistle2:(

Maybe later. I should probably sleep now, I've got a friend stopping by in 4 hours.

It's a great album.

Anyone who likes Gorillaz and is unaware of it's roots (and there are many of them), would do themselves some good if they backtracked and checked out Blur's discography. Great stuff.

Blur is another one of those great bands that America thinks of as one-hitters.

I wonder if they were on that shitass Vh1 "100 One-Hit Wonders" countdown.

I watched that at work yesterday. When I saw The Cardigans on the list, I was on the brink of putting my head through the television screen... but I was subdued by the beauty and voice of Nina Perrsen in The Cardigans music video they were showing.

Either that or all of the blood in my brain was floating around in my dick.

To be fair to the general public, Blur and the Cardigans ARE one hit wonders. What defines a one-hit wonder? A band that has one commercial hit that makes them big/famous for a while but fail to build on that mainstream success with future "hits" and they are continually known, for the most part, for that one hit. IMHO one hit wonders, by definition refer to how the masses think of a band. Thus, people like us who look past the hits and really know the music are not part of that definition. Anyway...
