Headed off to Florida in the morning, gotta be there for a wedding. I hope it's not as hot as it was the last time I went...

Either yesterday or the day before was the hottest day of summer for that particular date on record for my area. ;)

No, it's hotter.

Watch it fucking rain as I go on vacation.

Isn't it ironic...don'tcha think?

Off to bed. I've got to get up early so I can pick up my sister from her community college Spanish class. Oh joy.

“I had this false sense of guilt and subsequent shame because I believed deep down I wasn’t working hard enough. And I believed the not-working-hard-enough lie because I didn’t function like superpastor, who isn’t real anyway.
So I had one choice - I had to kill superpastor.
I had to take him out back and end his pathetic existence.
If we don’t know who we are or where we are trying to go, we put the people around us in an uncomfortable position. They are doing the best they can with what they have - but sometimes we haven’t given them very much have we?…”
I meet so many people who have superwhatever rattling around in their head. They have this person they are convinced they are supposed to be, and their superwhatever is killing them. They have this image they picked up over the years of how they are supposed to look and act and work and play and talk and it’s like a voice that never stops shouting in their ear.
And the only way not to be killed by it is to shoot first.
Yes, that is what I meant to write.
You have to kill your superwhatever.
And you have to do it right now."

To quote some DBZ parody comic I read on the Internet centuries ago:

"JESUS CHRIST! MY fuckING BALLS!"

My balls hurt.
Stop sittin' on 'em.
I don't think it's that.

I woke up, and it felt like someone curb-stomped my sack.
half way through watching mulholland drive for the first time, pretty weird so far.
That movie is fantastic.

I felt like an intellectual god when I figured it out -- still do, actually.

Damn, I only need 4 more cars to own every single one in Forza.

I'm fucking tired of that damn endurance race though.

Time to play some Gears.

I just wanna find out what that caveman behind the dumpster in the beginning was all about
....back to watching...

I don't know what he was thinking but what I am thinking is....

Mrs. Dash + Rabbit =

I never thought I'd see that again.

What was that comic called?
Then you should not be laughing if I failed. ;)
I'm laughing at your clumsy and unsuccessful attempt at humor. Not with you.

Can't always be successful now can we?

EDIT: Yeah... now that I just read my post... yeah that joke did suck. But at least I tried to make a funny.

That Game Crazy promo is pretty crazy. Managed to get The Darkness, Resident Evil 4 Wii and $17 credit at Gamecrazy in exchange for some launch DS and PSP games that were taking up shelf space and a pair of ringers from current CC and EB sales.

The Darkness is pretty cool so far too, love the presentation. Didn't know the guy was voiced by the Mike Patton, thought it was just a coincidence.

What promo?

I guess it doesn't really matter I don't have a GC near me.

Maybe I'll clear out everything I don't want anymore.

Chocobo Tales is a lot better than I thought it would be. I mean, yeah, I guess all it is is minigames and a half-assed card game, but it's fun.
Morning? I don't know :(

I need to start sleeping at regular times.
I'm telling you give up caffeine, and sugar for a day or two, and don't sleep for as about a day. Then fall out about midnight or 1am whenever you want, and that should get your sleeping back right.

how come you're always up so late too?

sleep is for pussies. :)

No really though I don't need much sleep to began with. I'm good with about 6 hours, and I can run on even less. I get it from my mom. She'll go weeks with only 4 hours of sleep a night.

I don't drink caffeine its all natural energy. I'll go to bed at 5 or 6 am. Get up at noon. Do whatever then get online about 1 or so.

But I went through what your going through. So I ate, and dranl very little for two days. Day one wasn't bad but day two I was ready to fall out at about 4pm. So I stayed up till midnight. Then fell asleep, from then on I start getting sleepy at midnight. But that got later, and later but I get up in the early afternoon so its alright.

I also don't allow myself to take naps during the day.

My sleeping isn't *too* screwy, just a few hours off one's normal sleep schedule. I always stay up until 3 or so, and will always get up at 11 or 12 (12:45 today) if I don't have to get up early. And if I get up early, I stay up late anyway and it continues.

Oh well. Mornings suck anyway.

Time for bed now, though. Hopefully at least one game will be waiting in the mailbox for me tomorrow. Two if I'm lucky.

Night OTT.

Couple quick notes as I sped read through 5 pages.

Bob Marley sucks.

I got Chocobo Tales today too. Not bad, I'm getting into it. Feels real nice to get 'gold' on a few of those freakin' minigames.

Jeeze people PLAY FINAL FANTASY VI!!!!!!

And David Lynch is cool.

I think that's it.

"I like Heineken, you like Heineken?"

Good night.
