Glad to hear you feel positive about the experience, Rice. Being positive throughout the interview is a good idea too, sorry I forgot to mention it. I also forgot to mention anti-perspirant, which unfortunately is something I occasionally have to remind some of the ladies at the Center where I volunteer to use.
And do you follow up on an interview or application?

Some say you should send a thank you note or thank you e-mail after the interview, but I don't know if that's done for low level stuff like retail or fast food positions. If you have an e-mail for the person that interviewed you, it probably wouldn't hurt to send a quick 'Thank you for taking the time to interview me.'
Even lower-level positions can follow up with a Thank You note, either via email or snailmail. It doesn't have to be formal, just a simple "thank you so much for your time and I am looking forward to hearing from you if I can answer any further questions" sort of thing.
Like in my bedroom.
Exactly my point. Dress professionally. Look like you're ready to work, not sleep your way to the bottom. =P
...No smart asses I dont work at or interview at grocery stores.
Why would anyone make a comment about working at a grocery store? Honest work is honest work. I'm glad there are people who work there, otherwise it'd be hard shopping at Kroger if no one were there to open the doors each morning.
