Watch out, world- I can purchase M rated games and tickets to R rated movies in 10 days.
I don't know about Florida, but a lot of places near me won't let you in an R Rated movie unless you are 18.

Hm. I'm not sure. I was sure it was 17, but maybe not.
Dead Space wasn't scary at all, you baby.
I had the most tension I've experienced in a survival horror game in ages. Since RE3 maybe.

Wow. I guess I was one of the few who thought it looked dumb. :whistle2:|

Damn, I didn't wanna eat dinner so early. Now I'm gonna be diggin' into my leftovers around the time I should've ate in the first place.

I watched the Arrested Development Marathon all afternoon, those football games were snorefests.

I might grab Madden 09 from Amazon for $30, I dunno, I'd buy more, but I don't got enough $$.
Wow. I guess I was one of the few who thought it looked dumb. :whistle2:|
I know a few of us loved Dead Space (Manthing, Zew, myself)... the biggest complaint I heard is that it was a "fetch quest"... but most survival horror games are when you boil it down.
That's a nice deal, considering that the ones I see are always way more expensive.
Thanks, put in an order for that one, probably the only thing I'll buy this weekend.

I wonder how much I could get for my 4GB one now.
I know a few of us loved Dead Space (Manthing, Zew, myself)... the biggest complaint I heard is that it was a "fetch quest"... but most survival horror games are when you boil it down.
I had no complaints about the mechanics. It was a nice touch, having to de-limb enemies. But the whole, "you're in space, now that's scary!" thing they were trying for, I wasn't feeling that.
That is a given, but a lot of places near me will not let you in unless you are over 18. I think only one theater does it.

Brak, are you home from work yet?
That would piss me off if I had just turned 17 and wanted to watch my first Rated R movie.

I have a distinct feeling I know this answer already, BUT, are Element TVs any good? I have a feeling they're big ol' pieces of crap, but I figured I should check first.

Evening OTT.

Did the whole eat/nap/eat again Thanksgiving already. Now what to play?

:whistle2:k
I know a few of us loved Dead Space (Manthing, Zew, myself)... the biggest complaint I heard is that it was a "fetch quest"... but most survival horror games are when you boil it down.
I really enjoyed Dead Space. Only previous survivor horror games I liked were RE4 and RE2(only cause my friend had the guide when I played).

I used the Elite suit right away, and the game felt like an action game, which made me enjoy it more.

The only times I felt the 'space' thing was emphasized was the vacuum areas.
How much are they? There are name brand Sony and Samsung 32" LCDs this weekend for like $500ish.
It's 400 so it's not a big difference from that Samsung LCD at Best Buy, and I'm not even sure I'm actually gonna BUY it, but I was just wondering how bad Elements are,
too bad i can't play online because someone hasn't sent me the damn code. not that you would know anything about that.
Not my fault the PO don't deliver on Thanksgiving

:nottalking:

-----------------------------

What should I grab with The Darkness tomorrow?

Assasin's Creed or Dark Sector?
Not my fault the PO don't deliver on Thanksgiving

:nottalking:
i would've paid for expedited shipping :nottalking:

assn.cred
Being an ingrate isn't cool.

:nottalking:
yeah, look who's talkin mr. peanutbutter balls and brownie
I watched the Arrested Development Marathon all afternoon, those football games were snorefests.

True on all accounts. Also, playing football video games is sometimes more fun than watching them on tv.

Speaking of which, is this late game on tv at all?

I may need to actually look at some of these TVs in store this weekend. None are like big Black Friday deals so they shouldn't instantly sell out. I need to see the size difference between 32" and 37" TVs....
Dexter is pretty cool, 3 episodes in. Let's hope it can keep it up.
First time I agree with you...it does keep up...S3 started out slow but right now its fucking crazy.

Didn't have the money to get that TV after all.:bomb:

fuck Comcast and their outrageous cable prices. I'd like to lower the bill by downgrading, but without digital cable, what good is an HDTV, aside form games and movies.
OTA HD TV. Xbox 360. Blu-gay.
Did i not say aside from games and movies? I do like watching things live too.

There is over the air, i'd miss some of the cable channels though. Especially the history channel.

I'd rather have satellite, but that's complicated here in this town home.
Cancel your cable, download your shows and stream them through your 360.

Bam, cable included in your internet bill.
But how would i spoil Heroes for everyone in real time?

Don't have an antenna for OTA.
Jusy watched Jesus Camp from the Netflix instant queue... that movie is fucked up.
No, those people are fucked up. The movie is just showcasing them.

Hay gals :)

MK vs DC worth $40? Doesn't matter what version.
I do want, but I really do believe it'll be ass cheap in a few months.

But of course, Fallout 3 at $40 = yes?
I'm getting that because you whores talk about it. Any game(s) like it, so I have more of an idea what to expect outta this?
