You'll have a ton of them for free with your $2000 360 bundle!
I'm sure you can easily get $30 each for the worst 2 launch titles on Ebay. EBs trade in deals suck ass.

Agreed, especially if they are the $59.99 games.

Thats werid since $30 x 2 games = $60......WOW thats a price of a new Xbox 360 game and you dont have to pay ebay fee's. Awesome! :)

I thought the same first until I thought about it a little more. Sure it might not be the best trade in deal but its not the worst.

It's possible, around 2 months after the PS2 launch EB (online, not sure about store) had Fantavision for $19.99 new, Smuggler's Run and Midnight Club for $34.99 new and EToys.com had Ridge Racer V for $36 new and Moto GP for $27 new around a month after the PS2 launch

Depends on how much credit EB will give for all launch games, but I would guess that most of them run in the 25-35 dollar range. Save the games and watch for other stores' credit values.

What's that I smell.... oh it's just EB coming up with a way of bolstering their pre-played stock of 360 titles even before launch. What a way of getting rid of those 2 other bundle titles that you have no interest in

Nice job trying to polish a turd, but it just isn't happening. ;)

I don't think this is a great deal either but his logic was bad. So i did the basic math for him. :)

I don't think I'd be forking over $400 for a new system & $120 for a couple of games if I expected to be bored of them in less than 2 months...but that's just me. ;)

Actually, this will be a good deal for the people unfortunate enough to get Perfect Dark Zero and Condemned as launch titles. Trust me, on January 17, the trade-in value for those two duds is gonna be a lot less than $30 each.

If that's the case then I'll be buying PDZ in early Feb cheaply. I really didn't think there were any stinkers in the launch list, not like Kabuki Warriors and it's ilk.

You'll be surprised. People will be buying games left and right for a new system launch. I remember people were buying any PSP game they could get their hands on, just because A) not enough games out, and B) they wanted to play with their new toy. Needless to say, we had plenty of used Metal Gear Ac!d and Untold Legends pretty quickly.

Terrible deal. But they are gonna get a TON of trade-ins when kids who get crap games for Christmas decide they want something else.

I have to applaud EB for preying on people with short attention spans.

I think I need to open a store next year.

I'll put a big sign out front that reads, "Dumbasses welcome."

On second thought, the sign will read, "30% bonus trade in credit on your PS2/Xbox/GC titles."

I was being a smartass jackhole, but if you want want to be all technical........... You will be able to easily get at least $40-45 for the $60 games and $35-40 for the $50 games AND can easily steal a buck or two on the shipping overcharge.

So that's at LEAST $35+35 = U and EB can kiss my ass.

10:30am go to EB and trade both games in for a single game
10:45 am go home and play that single game
11:00 am go back to EBgames and trade in single game and XBOX 360 system

LOL...Now that games will be 60.00 I hope people will read reviews and only buy the games that are gona be good. Maybe this way developers will stop putting crap out.
Are there even going to be 2 xbox360 games available at launch?
Umm.... what?

Oh, come on. Paying $60.00 for a game to begin with is a sure sign you aren't thinking clearly.

I wonder how many people paid full price for Space Channel 5 because you could see her undies from time to time.

"Up, Down, Up, Down! Shoot! Shoot! Shoot!" is something I'm sure I've heard during a porno.

I think I should hold a sign outside of game stores that reads "For $10, I can save you $20 on your new video games."

When a putz pays me, I'll say, "Wait 2 months."
Are there even going to be 2 xbox360 games available at launch?
Yes.

Are there going to be 2 GOOD Xbox 360 games at launch?

Well, er, um ... you can trade 2 Xbox 360 games for 1 new Xbox 360 game.

Will that new title be any better?

Well, er, um ... you can buy an additional title and then trade both for another new Xbox 360 game.

Truth be known. There will be several Xbox 360 titles at launch, but few if any will be truly great titles like Halo was for the Xbox launch.

Let's try a real world example.

When teenagers turn 16, they eventually stop riding their bikes and start driving vehicles.

The first time a teenager gets behind the wheel, it is a good bet that said teenager will travel faster than by bike. It is also a good bet that said teenager's skill at driving a vehicle is at its lowest.

Xbox 360 titles will most likely be better than most Xbox games. However, games will not truly maximize the abilities of the 360 for years to come. Sloppy programming/game development might test the limits of the machine, but that's not a good thing.

Hey, this isn't such a bad deal. I mean, some idiot is going to buy Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero.
Is there actually something wrong with Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero and Condemned?
Maybe Perfect Dark. When Joystick had their hands on preview they said the most disappointing game was PDZ and the biggest surprise games where Kameo and Condemned.
Is there actually something wrong with Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero and Condemned?
PDZ is overhyped and now people are pissed because it's not Halo.

Kameo has the praise of almost anyone who has had the pleasure of playing it.

Condemned also has some hype from people who've played it and the videos are awesome.

so.....No, not really.

EB is banking on getting all the stolen copies traded to their stores. Or copies people received for free from promotions or emplyees of MS get games really cheap.

Not sure why this is so funny, but it is.

heh - saw this deal mixed alongside the box of penny guides thrown out. It was part of the "November Marketing Strategy" sheet inside a guide. I didn't think it was even worth posting this as a deal.
