The "new" bumblebee, and the $100 one, aren't out yet.

BTW, have they re-released any G1 gestalts recently or are they planning on any? I remember Onslaught (as Ruination) in the RiD line but that's pretty much it.

Not that I'm aware of (at least no original mold re-releases...they've had various 'character reinterpretations'), but I believe there are various Chinese factories that make knock offs of varying 'quality' of some or all of the G1 gestalts, along with others from G1. I've seen:

Devastator/Constructicons
Defensor/Protectobots
Superion/Arialbots
Bruticus/Combaticons
Menasor/Stunticons

Apparently some of these knock offs are pretty damn close to the originals, but the quality level varies greatly. I've never seen knock offs of the end of the G1 gestalt line like the Technobots/Computron or the Terrorcons or Seacons, which I believe were the last ones here in the states. Nor have I seen any knock offs of Predaking.

And of course, growing up, I came across all sorts of knock offs, mostly cheap Chinese crap - mainly all sorts of Dinobots and Dinobot variations, and deluxe Insecticon variations.

Oh, I wasn't talking about the KOs... I was talking about official re-releases from Hasbro.

Haven't seen the other gestalts in some time, besides Bruticus, as you mentioned. KB had a line of micromaster combiners exclusive to them (I think one set was trains). And in Japan, Takara re-issued Predaking a few years ago... don't remember when, but I got one then (I think it was around the time RID was running in Japan, as I imported a bunch of TFs at the time)

I called 3 local TRU inquiring of *ANY* new shipments of Transformers toys - sadly all of them said nothing new is in yet (also waiting for the unleashed turnarounds) ... so @ least in terms of LA - no wave 2 has hit TRU yet - let's hope for tomorrow.
 
I just picked up the Bumblebee, Megatron and Barricade Robot Replica figures at my local K-mart store they are the only store to have them yet.
 
i just picked up the Sams club 3 pack of Brawl, BoneCrusher and Jazz. They had it for 24.87. Nice set for me because I already bought most of the others from the target 10% off sale several weeks back...

Has yours shipped even? I ordered on the 5th, but that was when the initial stock was out already. I just looked at my confirmation e-mail, and it said expect it to ship within 11-13 days. So I'm expecting it to ship next week.
 
Holy crap I want the 09 Bumblebee Deluxe. If anyone gets one tell me where you got it. PM even. I want that so badly. Would look excellent next to Barricade.
 
Pepsi Prime came today for me as well. Very nice. Too bad one of the bottom corners got a little mangled, it's just all the more tempting to open now that the package isn't really mint...
 
Anyone else getting Masterpiece Skywarp? I passed on Starscream, but now I can't resist anymore with all the Transformers hype going on now. I miss my old Thundercracker G1, one of the few "expensive" Transformer toys I scraped and saved for back in the day...

Yeah, I pre-ordered one from BBTS, also got the MP Starscream from them and I'll probably get the G1 Starscream repaint when that comes out. Also got the 6" busts of Starscream and Soundwave pre-ordered that are supposed to be out in December.

Jazz's gun does not look right in that second picture of him. Very strange pose. Anyways, my Optimus allegedly shipped out the 5th according to the Hasbro website but that really took me by surprised as they were not even listed as "in-stock" at that time. I really hope they're not going to shaft me and take my money. I'd really like to get that Optimus. On another note, does anyone know where I can purchase an MP-04 asides from eBay?

BTW, I got my 'second' order from hasbrotoyshop.com - this time, they all came perfectly and beautifully.

Speaking of the Masterpieces - is there any place I can order the original ones from (besides eBay)? I'm talking maybe the Convoy + Trailer set, and the original Starscream. Either that, or any place that still has the 20th anniversary Primes for less than retail? I know Target had them discounted, and I missed the TRU $25 ones. Ouch.

I'm definitely going to get a Skywarp MP and the Starscream MP repaint.
 
No new TF at Target or TRU, but Target (mine) did have Ultimate Bumblebee (I think that's what it is) on clearance for 13.78. Had the OP three pack (protorobot, Mack, robot) for $9.98?

Would have picked up the Bumblebee, but I'm waiting for the Deluxe version.

I saw wave 2 Transformers at the Burbank Target if you are still interested (I think they are wave 2 anyways). They had Arcee, SkyBlast, and maybe 2-3 more which their names escape me. But, yeah, they're there.

I am talking about the DELUXE Class - the ones you talk about are the Target exclusive 'SCOUT" class which is slightly lower grade/smaller. Your arcee was most likely blue while the new Deluxe's are purple.

Toys R Us in Ann Arbor had a bunch of the Unleashed Optimus Prime figures, they'll be in every store soon enough. Heading to the local WalMart tommorow, hoping to find an Unleashed Megatron.

I didn't know about the TRU deal on the Anniversary Prime (actually, to tell you the truth, I didn't really even know the toy existed until tonight, so I guess I can't complain). But anyway, after reading about it I decided I had to get one. I haven't had any transformers since I was a kid.

Yeah it's my most wanted right now in terms of Transformers.
Nobody around here in Orlando has Sam's Membership mostly B.J.'S or Costco (other bulk stores)so it's really hard to just walk in a store and buy that sucker.

nah...i got those back in '04...Defensor's actually the 1st one that KB released... Crap, I've never found a WM exclusive anything. WM is such a freaking mess around here I'll never find one. Even though it's 60 bucks I'm sure they will fly off the shelf. Especially because I'm sure like each wallmart will get like 2 per store.
