I suggest everybody also look into getting Nightshade for $19.99.

It's a pretty cool game; definately worth the $20.

But I still think it should be five bucks. :p.

Also, it makes me wonder if this is a national price reduction for a couple games. If PoP was $20 at BB, and you used the GGC to bring it down to 15 I would consider that hot.

Eh... I could be lying to you though, maybe it's a trap, and I'm trying to hoard all the low priced TRU games for myself so I can get more sales on Ebay, than an Ensenada prostitue gets selling herself during Spring Break.

MIGHT pick up POP? POP is awesome, dude, it's easily worth the $20.

I had THUG for PS2, but got rid of it when I got rid of my PS2. I wouldn't buy it for more than 20 since the XBox version doesn't have online play.. this rocks. Thanks OP!
 
I could be wrong about this, but doesn't a drop to $20 at TRU usually indicate a coming universal drop? (actually, now that I think about it, a drop to $20 at TRU usually indicates a universal drop happened 3 months earlier). Still, some nice prices, which could be even nicer if the rumored b2g1 sale occurs.

Thanks for the post. I've been patiently waiting for True Crime to drop to $20. Looks like my wait is over.
 
Dunno if I should get PoP for xbox or PS2 though.

Go for the Xbox version. It's the one I would have gotten if I weren't a big Nintendo loyalist (go to my game collection in my signature to see what I mean), but, I noticed some audio problems when I played my GCN copy. Xbox is the way to go for PoP, looking back, I sort of regret getting the GCN version, aside from the fact that I can play it with my Wavebird, which is always awesome to do.

Oh shit.........better deal... BB has PoP for 19.99 on their website so I guess it is in store too. PoP for 15 bucks. I am going to BB tomorrow.

couple of weeks ago they had SW:clone wars for $49.99, I couldn't believe it so, I verified it myself. I was there today, it still was 49.99

Ha, yea you got a good amount of Nintendo games especially NES, I really want to build my NES collection. I guess I will get PoP for Xbox since better graphics and all, and is SH3 quality like the first two, more so the first?

XBOX: PoP and THUG (possibly) combine it with the $10 coupon, I may just buy some games....MAYBE. I already have two on the way though, plus a new car ;)
 
Hey, I checked out TRU today and nothing had dropped yet, but Target had True Crime and THUG already at 19.95 for XBox.

Man SH3 is $20. I bought it as part of the KB sale last winter and still haven't opened it! Damn I need more game time.
 
BAH! Those are expensive every game should drop to $5 because it is trendy dammit!

In all seriouness though none of those games interest me because I don't want them or already have them. I do suggest everyone go and pick up PoP: The Sands of Time if you haven't already it is one of the best games to come along in years and it is still worth $50 IMO, but why pay $50 when you can get it for $20.
 
Hey Wario64, that link you posted for Silent Hill 3 at www.bestbuy.com is for the PC version. The PC version is $19.99 everywhere, but the PS2 version is currently $29.99

I always wanted to get it, and if it does drop to $19.99, I would buy it right away. (Best Buy discontinued the PS2 version long time ago)
