Could be a regular soldier's voice, like "grenade" or "incoming airstrike"

Could they mean the announcer or the chatter?

"Team Deathmatch begins in 3... 2... 1..."

Yes - 50 is one of many multiplayer / spec ops squad voices. "Reloading" "Watch your fire" "I'm out!" "Revive me!" sort of deal.
