U413 is a forum full of elitists and 4chan users. It's supposed to be a "secret underground website", even though the administrator gives out hundreds of codes to whoever asks for them, and the users distrubute the worthless codes to whatever forum they currently visit in an attempt to seem generous or to have members from their forum visit u413 so they actually know people there. The main reason the community still considers it a secret is because you have to type 3.14 or pi before you put in your invite code, as "time2play" said. Navigating the site takes forever, even with the cheat sheet. Probably not worth your time.
