I just hope the delay doesn't hurt sales too badly, there is SO MUCH releasing right around that time (CoD, GTA V, DA:I, Far Cry 4, and possible Smash Bros.).

I'll be getting 2K15 at a later point, much like I did with WWE 2K14 and WWE 12 and 13 a while back.

13 and 14 have gone on sale in the summer in the Microsoft store for $10-$15 in successive years and that's how I've picked them up. Totally worth it at that price, IMO.

Jesus, couldn't they have gone and signed someone like Drew McIntyre instead if they were looking for recent WWE cast-offs?

Also, holy crap but I had no idea Brodus Clay was 41. That young upstart is surely just what TNA needs.

Opening KOs battle royal was a fun different way to start things off. The MVP promo put Chris over as a hero, while King once again talked too much shit. This started off a bit weak, but got great when he kept doing it in the match and Taz was just outraged. He got even more pissed when King tried to take Chris's  leg off after the match. Anderson came out and felt relevant again - I guess we'll get a BFG tag with Chris and Anderson against King and MVP. Roode-Lashley hype video was just about perfect and showed each guy working out, working hard, and dominating as champion.

Joe-Homicide was a greatest hits version of their older TNA matches, but with a fantastic finish. I loved the cutter into the choke for the win. Post-match beating by the Redneck Revolution was a thing. I guess it sets up a tag match, although Manik's new outfit kind of sucks. The white, black, and gold mask doesn't match the dark blue outfit. The tag title match was just insane. Crazy video game spot after spot. Jeff damn near gutted himself on the ladder for the finish, while Davey's lucky he broke his leg on a baseball slide later and not doing this double stomp through a table on the floor off the top rope. The stupid Shaw-Gunner thing hurt the already-blah Gunner-Bram match. The main event was pretty good, but hurt by the overly-heel antics of MVP and King. The by-the-numbers setup for everything didn't help either. It did get really good by the end though, but was below-par for both guys until then.

It was nice of them to have the woman in the Battle Royal with about 35 seconds of wrestling experience take the top rope to steps bump. (She fractured her forearm).  Seemed like everyone else got placed on the apron by Havok and punched off.

Roode/Lashley was probably my least favorite of Lashley's current run...though it was still good and had some memorable spots with Lashley taking the DVD to what looks like  a very lightly padded floor.

While he's not much of an MMA prospect, it's still crazy that Lashley took that inside-out death-valley-bomb.

And she fractured her forearm, aye? That looked pretty darn painful. Sorta wondering why no one questioned the location of those steps. Didn't Samoa Joe or someone else almost hit them as well after being dumped to the floor?

got  TNA back last night on cable and   now  i remember why i stopped watching. BOring as hell. Im shocked people pay 50 bucks for these ppvs

like you really want to see these fat asses on these butt ugly chics

Probably good enough to be successful in Bellator for a little while. I imagine Spike will start taking issue with bumps like that if he wins another fight or two in Bellator and they want him to be high on the card.

You guys expect Vince McMahon to know who Seth Rogen is and why he's famous?  LOL

I don't know who Troy McClain is, but WWE just released him.

You might remember him from such shows as "NXT" and "Monday Night Raw (guy standing against the wall during a Sheamus interview)."

OMG Volume 2: The Top 50 Incidents in WCW History DVD

ummm  so each vol only had 25 incidents ?

i still remember when shane goes  Im the  one who owns   WCW and though oh this is going to be  so  AWESOME and then they fucked it all up and  it became the biggest piece of crap in the entire wwe history.    I was really looking forward to   WWE VS WCW  PPVS  but they were either too cheap or too lazy to really do the dream    Father vs son  matches.

are there any WCW people even around anymore

I will post about tonight's WWE event I went to after I sober up and find my camera It was fucking amazing, and the place went fucking hysterical for Cena.

I'm hoarse and drunk as shit, thank god for wives who drive.

Yeesh...some more TNA spoilers.

Samoa Joe vacated the TNA X-Division Championship at the Impact Wrestling television taping tonight in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania because he was reportedly not medically cleared to compete. As a result, a fatal four way was held later on in the taping to crown a new X-Division Champion, which Low Ki won.

Also at tonight's TNA tapings, Taryn Terrell defeated Havok and Gail Kim in a triple-threat match to become the new Knockouts Champion.

Finally, James Storm and Abyss defeated The Wolves to become the new TNA Tag-Team Champions.

We will have a full spoiler report from the taping up tomorrow morning.

Is it just me or does it seem like they forgot to figure out who was actually available to go to Japan for BFG next month?

Looks like Reigns is off the PPV.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — WWE.com has learned Roman Reigns has been rushed to a Nashville, Tenn., hospital to undergo emergency surgery for an incarcerated hernia. Reigns had been in Nashville to promote tomorrow's Night of Champions event. His recovery time will be evaluated by the local surgeon and WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann following today's operation. Check back with WWE.com for updates on Reigns' condition

Fairly serious, particularly if it's actually a strangulated hernia as that cuts off blood flow to parts of the intestine and can cause those affected parts to die.  Also a higher risk of death during surgery if it is a strangulated hernia from what the web tells me.

Came here to post that. fuck. Both of the guys who were being prepped to be the top stars in the compnay (Bryan and Reigns) are on the shelf at the moment.

I hope WWE doesn't hit the panic button and put the belt back on Cena tomorrow.

I didn't realize it was that serious... Honestly, the way they reported it on Facebook made it seem kayfabe to me. I really hope the guy is ok.

It will be interesting to see if they let Seth Rollins take credit for it,

He's definitely missing the PPV and up to 6 weeks of action.  Sounds like he did have the strangulation hernia going on.

UPDATE:

WWE.com has spoken with WWE physican Dr. Chris Amann to get the latest.

"I was in contact with both Roman and the surgeon who performed the operation in Nashville today. Roman had developed acute abdominal pain in his hotel room last night after his match," Dr. Amann told WWE.com. "This wasn't related to a specific injury that occurred in the ring. Roman has had a pre-existing hernia for some time, which unfortunately had become acutely painful, which led to him going to the emergency room in Nashville. He was found to have a large hernia that was unable to be reduced, which means pushed back into the abdominal cavity. As a result, it was necessary to perform an emergent operation to open up the hernia sac and try and push it back into the abdominal cavity."

"At the time of the surgery, surgeons found a loop of small intestine was caught in the hernia sac, which would account for the pain and discomfort that Roman was having earlier in the evening," Dr. Amann explained. "The surgeons released the hernia sac so the intestine could be pushed back into the abdominal cavity. Once they were satisfied blood supply had returned to the intestine after releasing the hernia, they went ahead and completed the procedure. A mesh was placed over where the hernia had occurred to prevent future occurrences."

Now that the surgery has gone well, the clear next thought was when will the WWE Universe be able to see the powerhouse back in action.

"Roman has been transferred to the recovery room and is doing quite well. The plan is to keep him overnight, give him IV antibiotics to prevent infection and make sure the intestinal function returns to normal before discharging him from the hospital. If everything goes well, that should be tomorrow," Dr. Amann said. "Most of the time, the recovery time for something like this in terms of returning to physical activity is between four and six weeks. This was a pretty significant hernia, so it will probably be closer to six weeks."

WWE.com also asked Dr. Amann to elaborate on how this hernia differs from sports hernias, which sports fans know often lands top athletes on the injured list.

"This is a completely different type of hernia than sports hernia," Dr. Amann said. "A sports hernia usually refers to a tear in the lower abdominal wall that attaches to the ligaments. That type of tear is typically occurs from repeated activity or sports. Roman had what’s called an inguinal hernia. It can sometimes come from sports, but sometimes people are born with these. It is treated differently than a sports hernia."

Check back with both WWE.com and WWE Network for the latest updates on Roman Reigns' condition.
