GS price drops on new games Uncharted GOTY $45, Borderlands GOTY $50, Quantum Theory $40.

Buy them now or price match them & wait to see if there's a better BF deal, if so great if not u tried.

All games are for PS3 there's also a Sony PS3 Bluetooth headset for $40

Quantum Theory was a bomb. As a usual CAGer will say: I won't play it even if it was $0.

But good price on Borderlands GOTY. If it goes down to at least $40, I'll bite for the PS3 version.

You could just do the B2G1 at amazon and get it for that price or better after trading the others back in

I think you can pick up Quantum Theory (Xbox 360) for $24.99 on Gamefly but I don't think it's worth even that. Good price on Borderlands but I need it to drop more. You can also get it for $35 next week at Kmart if you buy Black Ops there.

As a big Gears of War fan Quantum Theory REALLY was a disappointment.

I actually played through it all as tideous as it was.

Multiplayer was dead the whole first week it was out.

I mean couldnt even get a 4 on 4 match.

The stats only showed like 500 players total played

I had interest in Borderlands GOTY until I discovered all of the DLC is acquired through a voucher and not on the actual game disc.

Your thinking about Uncharted 2, Borderlands GOTY all the DLC is on the disc.

I played the demo for Quantum Theory after thinking it looked promising..after about 3 minutes I deleted it from my HDD. That game was beyond terrible.

The 360 version of borderlands goty is a download token/voucher. I can't speak on behalf of the ps3

No it's not. Borderlands GOTY comes with a set of codes.

The PS3 one? You sure? GOTY games for the PS3 usually have all the content on the disc.
Sorry, PS3 version doesn't have a code and the DLC is on the disc. Thought the 360 version would be the same.
I have Borderlands GOTY. No, the PS3 version has all the DLC via download codes.

I could have sworn I read that it wasn't a voucher and it was like the Fallout 3 GOTY. Guess I mixed it up with something else. Kinda sucks that its a code, prefer it to be on the disc.

Okay now I'm confused here's how I understand it from reading all of this:
I might go watch some unboxing videos to see what is in each version.

PS3 Uncharted 2 Game of the Year Edition and PS3/Xbox 360 Borderlands Game of the Year Edition has download content that is on a piece of paper used to download through PSN/XBL.

And Quantum Theory wasn't a very good game.

It would make more sense if the PS3 version of Borderlands GOTY and Uncharted 2: GOTY's DLC was on disc since they manage to fit Fallout 3: GOTY's DLC all on one disc.

Aye I was very very disappointed in the Borderlands GOTY DLC being a voucher. You can find the original game now for $20 and gameshare the DLC for cheap (for PS3), and even if you wanted it on your own account it still works out to be the same price. The one advantage is the Duke Nukem Forever early access invite.

If you did go the Gamestop route there is also the current "99SAVE20" coupon for $20 off of $99 order. Might be nice for some people who weren't looking to get 3 games from one of the B2G1 deals.

is Quantum Theory really that bad of a game like everyone says? i was looking forward to buy it during gs b2g1 used sale coming up in a few weeks. i guess i should put it on my avoid list

I have not played it myself, but reading different forums, its seems to be a pretty damn bad game. As in a $10 bargin bin bad

Damn, Borderlands 360 is back to $60. I was really hoping that would be a permanent price drop this soon, with $40 following soon thereafter. I know someone will have it at least that cheap on BF. I hope...

Quantum Theory isn't THAT bad, based on the demo. Terrible yes, would never spend a penny on it. But its not one of those complete train wrecks that have NO fun when playing it

That said, I wouldnt even waste a gamefly rent on it...and even if it was 9.99, still a waste

All the versions of Borderlands GotY are voucher codes for the DLC, even the PS3 one.

I believe the DLC for Uncharted 2 in its GotY edition are voucher codes as well.

It's worse than that. There are some good games to be had for $10 and this is not one of them.

Just play the demo and you'll see.
