Universe: season 1 Blu ray $8.75

Mine wasn't sealed either. Nor did it have an insert. No big deal, I would have opened it myself and thrown away the insert anyways. This just saved me the trouble. Plus for $9 this was a steal.

Well, I sent an e-mail and got a really quick and god awful canned response. It has to be seen. I said it came with no manufactuer's seal or shrink-wrap. I asked for nothing.

"Some items on Amazon.com will be shipped in the original box with the
manufacturer's seal rather than an Amazon.com box. When an item will ship in the
original packaging with the manufacturer's seal, we clearly indicate this on the
item's detail page. I'm sorry if you didn't see this message when you placed
your order.

The amazon rep gave me a credit of $4.50 for it. So $8.75 - the credit of $4.50 is only $4.25 out of pocket for this. Makes it a lil better. Also I had them call me. Dont like the generic emails you can get. Rather talk to a live person. Much more can get done by talking to a live person imo
 
Mine was shrink-wrapped, but didn't have an insert. Whatever, the discs looked in fine condition, and that's all that really matters to me.
