I am pretty sure dude. I wouldn't waist 10 dollars unless you really want that stuff. If you have fast internet connection, then just get the regular dvd, otherwise, if you are willing to pay 10 bucks extra for some mods (that i am pretty sure you can download for free), then go for it..

Yeah, you can download the new stuff for free from Epic's site.
