So what games are coming out soon? So far I've found this list (added some stuff of my own)...

10/14 – Dead Space (360/PS3) Elitist CE comes with sew-on patch, $150. Both systems get exclusive suits different on each respective system.
10/14 – Saint’s Row 2 (360/PS3) Standard CE for 360 only, in a box.
10/14 – SOCOM: Confrontation (PS3) Standard "CE" is the headset set.
10/21 – Fable II (360) Non-Standard CE, gimped, no figure/fate cards, extra dungeon still there.
10/21 – LittleBigPlanet (PS3) Preorder comes with character code.
10/21 – Far Cry 2 (360/PS3) Standard CE comes with maps, etc.

Does anyone else have anything else to add on the list? I just want to get all my preorders in place. If anyone has more to add on please just post it, while I know there's lists out there, I just want to have one place to come back to for upcoming games.

Looking for any console game, since they're the ones who come with CEs and stuff.

Rune Factory 2 (DS), Pro Evo Soccer 2009 (360/PS3), those would be two on my list to watch out for. Also Chrono Trigger on DS. Don't quote me on release dates :p
 
Upcoming? You should only be making an upcoming list if you bought Tales of Vesperia last month. Otherwise you're still busy with last month >=O!

Out of curiosity, how many hours have you put into that game now? It's the only thing I've ever seen you play on Live :lol:

Animal Crossing: City Folk
Metal Slug 7

We're interested in Mushroom Men as well, but we'll have to see. Same thing goes for Rune Factory 2, which will have to show a lot more improvements to warrant another purchase of the franchise.. not the typical Harvest Moon advancement we've been seeing. :(

Chrono Trigger DS will be bought.. eventually. We really have a back log of about fifty games though.. so I'm glad Nintendo is slim pickings this fall.
 
So far November is going to be an insane month but I can't wait for it to begin.

10/28 – Fallout 3 CE comes with Pip-Boy bobble head and a lunch box!

11/07 – Gears of War 2 (360) CE, preorder comes with online gold plated gun. I've been laughing ever since they announced the CE edition. They bothered to specify the online gun is gold "Plated".

11/11 - Banjo Kazooie (360) I pre-ordered it mostly because of the code to get the N64 game for free. Also this game is $40 the N64 game will be 1400 MS points, I support company's giving good deals.

11/25-Chrono Trigger (DS) I'm not missing out playing this game.

I'm at 50hours playtime now. I'm just going to finish up a few loose ends (secret dungeon, secret boss, coliseum, another achievement or two) and then lend it to my friend who's been waiting for me to finish. Then I got another friend in line >_>

i might pick up guitar hero world tour software...we'll see, it's a lot of overlap w/ rb 2 for $60...a lot of the gh exclusive songs don't excite me too much. i might also pick up resistance 2 and littlebigplanet...they'll be rentals for sure to give them a try.

I don't get it. You say "only games with preorder goods", then list the Wii Tales game, which makes me all happy because I've had it on preorder ever since it was available and I've never heard of a bonus at this point. Then you close by saying it doesn't have a preorder bonus. Then why the heck is it in your list?

Hmm that list is pretty disappointing for the Wii. I might get GH: WT, ToS, Castlevania, and CoD, but none of those are a day-one purchase for me.

I was asking the op if he only wants games with preorder bonuses on his list, since his sentence mentioned CEs, and whatever. I closed by saying there's no preorder bonus for ToS because if the op only wanted games with bonuses he could ignore ToS, it's as simple as that.

Holly cow! Almost forgot 007 Quantum of Solace is coming out for Xbox360/PS3. me and my buddy Zack were huge 007 fans back then, still are I suppose. I hope the story in Quantum of Solace the game is different from the new Quantum of Solace movie that's coming out.

Why would you want the story to be different? So the movie experience isn't spoiled, you mean?

Anyways, I think the Quantum of Solace game also includes storyline events from Casino Royale, but don't quote me on that...

Well it started out as just a list of CEd stuff, but I realized it'd be selfish to use CAG as my personal list for... well games coming up, and if anyone here's like me it'd be nice to have a list of decent games to be coming out.

Anything cool is fine, but please give me games with a date and system it's coming out for :D.
 
Yeah, that's what I figured. I like the idea since I don't have to check the lists at GameFAQs. ;)

Well, all I have to say is the list let me know that Chrono Trigger comes out this year... Btw I think the date is 11/24th now instead of 10/25 according to GameFAQs.

yea I don't want to know what happens in the movie. The game looks good, a first person shooter(finally, I didn't like 007 games in third person) with a cover system like Gears Of War. I don't really third person shooters except Resident Evil 4 and Gears Of War, they are third person shooters but plays like first person shooters.

Is the new 007 supposed to be revolutionary or is it just another movie tie-in game?

Done by the developers of COD3 (bad), but built on the COD4 engine (good). I'm waiting for reviews on this one for sure.
 
Right now I've got Dead Space, Fable II, LittleBigPlanet, and Fallout 3 paid in full. I'm hoping to get Guitar Hero World Tour and maybe Far Cry 2. That's just this month alone :(

So far I've preordered Fable 2 and Fallout 3... but I do have enough for T3G1F, I just don't know what I want it to be yet. I'm thinking either Gears 2 or COD. I'm really excited for the new Naruto game on 360... but I know I'm probably the only one!

I think I just had another brain fart, 'cause I don't remember the release date being there when I first read it (late at night most likely).
 
I really try to limit how many games I buy full price. So far the only games I've bought this year at release have been GTA4 and Rock Band 2. I'm guessing that I'll end up buying these games to end out the year though:

- Fable 2
- Fallout 3
- Left 4 Dead

I use canflix for rentals as well.

Man I made a list of upcoming games in October and November that have peaked my interest and there's like 17 games! How is one expected to get school work done with such a prime time to be a gamer...looking forward to Resistance 2, Fable 2, Gears 2 and Fallout 3 especially...gotta hit me up some Rogers/BBV to get some pre-orders in!

edit: and what's all this about Beyond Good and Evil??

The BG&E is a same game as before but reprinted as a Greatest Hits edition it's supposed to come out soon.

For anyone buying BG&E PS2, watch out for a game breaking bug where a door won't open no matter what you do. The game still runs, but the door just won't open.

What bug is that? I've never heard of this :O, and I'm pretty sure they'd have fixed it by now (hopefully =\).
