I know he's clarified it already, but just for future preference, rolling end times usually means once there's been an elongated amount of time with no bids, and it'll just end then.

I don't like those very much. :p

Depends on the item. If anything has any real wear or damage it's noted (and is usually a C). B may have a handful of light scratches, stickers or residue on the case, etc. A is generally a clean case with very few if any scratches and a nice crisp manual. If it's a specific item you're asking about I can get more info for you.
