That’s harder to answer than you might think. Before you get even more cynical understand this:

Currently I only accept pay pal. Pay pal charges a hefty fee from each donation I receive. I can refund this in full up to a certain point in time. However, at some point (and I think it is 90 days) I lose the ability to refund the donations and the fees. I also do not know my time line for this project. I hope I have a resolution on it within 90 days, but it very well could be a much longer process.

Further clouding this process is search engine submission. I have submitted and “optimized” my site for every major search engine I can find. Sadly it can take 6 to 8 weeks for my site to show up in the search results.

Pictures of my face and more revealing pictures will be released over time. But now you see that my site maybe old news to you, it will be brand new to potentially millions once I begin to truly market the site (again this includes search engine results, banner exchange programs and any advertising I invest in).

With all that in mind, I do have planned outs. If this site, if my work, is not producing then I am going to have to get out. I can’t risk the fees and time investments to grow into some unprofitable monster that eats up all of my donations. And to that end I can say that if I were to make that decision in the next 90 days, yes I would refund the money.
