Figuired last thread was pretty fragmented and didn't have a Master List so i slapped one togethor.

Most of the credit goes to Kirin Lemon for pointing out how to use the kiosk in store to get these prices.

IN ORDER TO SEE THESE PRICES YOU MUST USE A KIOSK OR COMPUTER INSIDE BESTBUY!!!! Some of these prices will show up on the website normally but not all of em.

Some of the titles appear to be on sale and are around $1-3 cheaper then listed. I've marked those titles with the words ON SALE in bold next to price. No idea how long the sale will last. All the items on sale can be ordered from the website out of store at sale price.

I also added a few new items I found and they are marked with a NEW next to price. If I have time on friday I plan to browse store kiosk and check for some more. If anyone is going to a best buy today can you please check the On Sale items in store and see if the price is different from normal? If not i'll check em tomorow if i have time.

FMA doesn't seem to be on sale much for the bluray. Prices are similar on amazon and i'll wait for the full boxset they will release later. Not gonna get suckered into the half season boxsets like I did for original.
 
Dang it I just bought Brotherhood last weekend.

I don't have the receipt, I remember hearing something about them being able to look up purchases with your rewards card, could I take it in there and get them to give me the new price? I'd love to pick up DBZ.

Its not even a half-season boxset thing for these, going by the current episode-per-boxset, there will be 5. Then there are the new OVA's they've made as well.
 
I guess the good thing about Full Metal boxset this time, is that they made it Anamorphic Widescreen this time?
 
Thanks for the info on this WTK!!! Best Buy in Hawthorne, CA had 5 copies of "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Part 1 (LE w/Artbox)" on the shelf (taking up 2 of their tiny shelves). What a steal for this set! So glad I hesitated and didn't order it online for $35 a few weeks ago.

Aww man, would kill for Code Geass, too bad(and Im not kidding), there is no Best Buy around me at all. What bull. Congrats on who got that, I have been holding out on Code Geass forever.....
 
killa there are plenty of people here including me who would snag you one for cost + shipping. I figuire it would be about $16-17 w/ tax and shipping for one which is still a good deal.

The first 4 pages are color, the rest is black and white.
 
I picked up my copy of Code Geass. I hope this is a good show and manga. They had 5 in stock at my store. Too bad my Best Buy didn't have the blus for fma or kai.

I, also, picked up a copy of Code Geass this past Sunday. There were still 5 copies left at the Milpitas BB. Thanks for the info, fellow CAGs!

Are there any other anime clearance deals at BB?
 
I happened by the Torrance, CA BB and they had 10+ copies of Code Geass w/ Artbox in stock, though they didn't seem to have any price stickers on them.
 
I Got a Code Geass from my BB as well. Never seen the series, but for that price, why not? My BB already had the price on them and there were like eight or so copies left.

hmm this newest deal doesn't look like it is for everyone. I haven't seen Gundam Seed Destiny and it appears this deal is on a retelling of the final episode. I gotta pass; not worth the trip.

So I wonder if Best Buy + Bandai is going to do this weekly now?
 
lol, I picked Code Geass up and watched a little. It's not terrible terrible, but I have to admit, this will probably be in a landfill soon enough. Very much OT, but -- I like how anime with futuristic or in this case alternative history/future plots always has Japan as a relevant world power. It always reminds me of this guy's quote.

“It’s beyond my imagination how far Japan will fall in the world economy in 10, 20 years,” said Hideo Kumano, economist at the Dai-Ichi Life Research Institute in Tokyo.

I was going to take these guys offer and get a Code Geass but I did some research and finding Part 2 and Part 3 arent cheap. Plus it is overdue for a box soon as soon as Bandai does away with the part this part that money scams...(Season 1 they did right but the Second one they just keep on with the parts). Thanks for offering to buy it and ship at cost though.
 
The way I see it, I'll get the anime legends and put it in the box too! There is room in there for it along with the dvd1+2, manga, and cds.

Just thought I'd edit and ask if these are resaleable online for a higher price somewhere? Are Ebayers jumping on this? I have the chance to buy 4 more given Best Buy doesn't have a limit on how many you can get.

It's part of special marked down program that started last fall. It's pretty much YMMV this late in the game. More details in the next post.

Cool, thanks for the info. I actually bought Gantz around last Christmas at that price and DNAngel a month ago, but had long since lost the SKUs. I've seen both around in a few stores still, though. I'll have to keep an eye out for Cromartie High School at that price.
