Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines (PC game)

Check your local Half Price Books. I found my copy there for $3. You are relying on a fair amount of serendipity to score it like that, but at least it won't cost you loads if by some miracle you do manage to find it.
 
In any case, worth any money you paid for it.

Too bad I never got pass the haunted hotel ... (you'll know what I'm talking about once you played it )
 
Aye, it can be had for $19.99 via Steam if you can't wait to have it shipped, or looking for a certified "new" copy (but obviously digital).

However if you want an actual copy of the game (cd) you're best bet is ebay or craiglist.

You might want to try hardforums.com as well.
 
Amazon has sometimes had it on sale for $9.99. I think I got mine from there in November.
