im really shocked that Target never had the new pokemon game for 19.99 or 24.99. Im even shocked that no store had the game for 19.99 ( i think ruby a few stores had them around 20 the week or week after they hit)

What sucks in a way i went out the first day and got it for 25 bucks at CC and never played it more then 20 mins and got bored with it. I thought people said this was going to be a new game but it remind me of a clone of ruby. Im going to the lake this summer and i will probally play the hell out of it then.

i would love to see Fire Emblem at Best buy at 23.99 or lower i would buy it in a second but if its 25-30 i would just rent it off gamefly
 
Wow, this week we get the Kmart and Target ads early. Great! Too bad there isn't really much in them. Oh well, here's hoping for the rest of the week's ads. Thanks as always for the awesome posting TSD.

  • madagascar $20 ps2/xbox at CompUSA...may not be that good, but its a $40 new release
  • 256MB Mem Stick Duo $34.99 at CC...not sure if this is good because I'm trying to save money by not acknowledging that the PSP exists...
  • not much else except for the free controller at CC and $10 GC when you buy 2 PSP games at CC

I don't know if the prices online are different than in store, but the list price for WarioWare: Twisted! on bestbuy.com is $26.99. Strange..

I noticed they stopped doing that around the same time as the GGC 19.99 coupons started disappearing.

Got a feeling alot of people were getting new gba games for 20 (and sometimes under) so they decided to stiff us completely. If MSRP is 35, you can price match the Target ad at Best Buy, use a GGC, and still get it for 25... it's better than nothing.

I'm pretty disappointed, as well. Luckily I have about 20 dollars in reward coupons coming any day now.
 
Anyone else tired of seeing games advertised as "on sale" or "advertised special" for $49.99? Its a bunch of tripe in my opinion. I especially love how a game that sells for 50 or 60 bucks is 14.99 in six months. Talk about not holding resale value.
 
Madagascar for $20 is not bad since it's an instant rebate. Decent title for the little kids especially with the movie coming out soon. Nothing something I would pick up but something parents might want to take a look at. This is $20 less than retail.
