just a few notes:

one of my employees went to CC today after I told her about the 2 for $25 deal....they gave her a hard time about it because the 2 for $25 was only supposed to be for sunday and monday....after talking to a few different people, they gave it to her for 2 for $25....that was after she made the arguement that she would've came on sunday or monday if she knew those were the only two days

i went to best buy today and picked up quite a few games....suprisingly, i didn't have any problems using the printed out $5 coupon multiple times...they were willing to do a few different transactions....but they had a problem with the member prices....i bought the following:

xbox bicycle casino
xbox paintball
ps2 thug 2
ps2 shark tale
ps2 karaoke rev v3
dvd boogeyman

bicycle and paintball were reg $19.99, $9.99 for members...he had to do an override to get them down to $9.99....which wasn't any problem, though i had to wait 5 minutes for a manager to show up....he then rang me up for thug 2 with the coupon and boogeyman...no problems....then he rang me up for shark tale with the coupon...no problems....then came karaoke revolution v3....in the ad, it shows a picture of xbox karoake revolution for $49.99, $39.99 member price...right next to that, it says "also available karaoke revolution v3 $29.99, $19.99 member price"....knowing their is no such thing as a kar rev v3 on the xbox, it had to be for the ps2, even though it didn't state what it was for.....anyways, it was ringing up as $39.99 and i told him what it should be ringing up for....waited 10 minutes for a manger....then this bitch tells me its the xbox version, to which i explain that they dont have an xbox version....she said, "oh, its not over there?"...i told her that it wasn't that they didn't have in stock, its that it doesn't exist at all....so she told me i was wrong and i said "no, either the ad is wrong or your skus are screwed up"....so they call some guy from media over to check to see whats going on...i waited another 10 minutes for him to show up and then he comes back with the xbox karaoke revolution, saying it's listed as volume 3 even though its volume 1....so she says, "see, that's volume 3"....to which i say, "no, its not...if thats volume 3, then how come it doesn't say "volume 3" when the ps2 version does?"....she then just tells me that im wrong....i told her that i couldn't wait around much longer, ive already been in line for a half an hour and i then asked her, "bottom line, even though it's either your ad or your skus or both that is screwed up, are you going to give me this for $19.99?"....she then says, "hold on, let me call a product manager (or something)"....while waiting less than a minute for this guy to come out (he was the only one who made any sense and understood what the hell was going on), i told her that i wasn't trying to get one over on them and i asked her if she understood anything about what was going on or if she just thought i was a jerk...she then told me that she's just trying to do her job, that im wrong and this product manager or whatever will confirm that....so he comes out and the cashier and the bitch manager told him, "this customer doesn't understand what he's doing and is trying to get away with a cheaper price"....i then cut in and briefly explain to the guy what the deal was...he immediately understood and told him to do the override....i told him, "thanks, ive been arguing about this for over a half an hour and you're the only one who understood what was going on...i appreciate it"...he said, "no problem and thanked me for being a patient customer"....after that, the bitch manager walks away feeling stupid, to which i simply said, "told you" and smiled...she walked away pissed....then some other bitch know-it-all cashier with an attitude tries to tell my cashier that im wrong and the $19.99 price is for the bundle....to which i just shook my head and said that the bundle would obviously cost more because you're getting more than just the game....the end

conclusion: 3 out of 4 best buy employees are complete wads

Yep, I couldn't get my $5 coupon with the RZ to work either. At first she just took the coupon and gave me $5 off....I corrected her and she said I could only use one, what would I like $5 off or $10 off....ummmmm....let me think about that.

Anyways, I got THUG2RX for $30, went to CompUSA, got Hot Shots for $30....this should keep me interested on vacation/plane flight
