Video Games Live Concert - anyone else excited and/or going?

I'm looking forward to the Videogames Live concert happening in the Hollywood Bowl on July 6th. It's going to have live music from the Los Angeles Philharmonic and they are going to play songs from games like Mario, Zelda, Halo, Metal Gear Solid, Warcraft, Myst, Final Fantasy, Castlevania, Medal of Honor, Sonic, Tron, Tomb Raider, Advent Rising, Headhunter, Beyond Good & Evil, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, and EverQuest II. I will be going to Dear freinds on july 23rd in detroit, so it will be good I hope, I have always wanted to hear this, now if I can just hear the red wings theme No one will have to die

I'm thinking about going to the Hollywood Bowl show. We'll see when it gets here, I'll probably be working that day.

Tell me more about the FF more friends concert. I haven't heard of that one. Is it a good concert?

What ?! You haven't heard about the FF concert? Their having one here in L.A. on May 16(E3 week) so far all the cheap seats are sold out and you have to shell out at least $90 to get in now. So I am still pondering if I should pay that much to go. You can get more info here:

As for the video game live concert, all seats are still available. Of course its still 2 months away so thats probably why.
