Over the next 30 days, VGP.ca will drop 20 different PS3 games to 20$. A new title will be announced on their blog on a daily basis.

They will then be "tossed" into the PS3 bargain bin section, which already has over 40 PS3 games @ 20$, so might want to check that out.

Small caveat: keep your orders to one game!! Their shipping rate is kinda messed up. 1 game = 3$, 2 games = 10$... how the fuck does that make sense?!? It should be 5$... not 10$!!! But at least tax is just 5% (though again, WTF does that number come from...)

This sounds like something to follow, although most of their bargain bin games sound like they should be around that price range anyway.

Maybe it's common knowledge, but they do have 2 B&M locations. I've been to the one in Mississauga to pick stuff up. If you live close by, that'll save you on shipping.
 
The first game to drop in price is "History Channel Civil War: Secret Mission." The price is $59.99 on Futureshop.ca, possibly PM opportunity.

yeah obviously they're trying to get rid of crap games. but there are some very good ones in the bin already.

Those sound like real Canada Post rates. You can sneak single DVD cases through lettermail for $2-3, but anyting thicker than that must go parcel mail which costs about $10. They could possibly slip 2 games side by side in a bubble mailer to squeak it into lettermail. But that's pushing their luck, technically Canada Post doesn't want games in lettermail at all. So be thankful they even do it for single games ;)
 
The price on condemnded isn't to bad. Is the second one as good as the first?
I remember playing the first during a thunder storm needless to say I turned all the lights on haha.

So far, nothing really stands out that I would run out and get for $20. Many of these are that price elsewhere, or should be that price anyway. Maybe we should have a contest to see if we can predict which games will end up on this $20 list.

I predict a last year's generic EA sports game for $20 :D

I'm predicting Resistance: Fall of Man before the month is out.

The current Greatest Hits lineup that isn't already on there seems like very likely candidates.
 
It seems as of late price matching is YMMV. I went into my local FS with the web printout, and the customer service rep said "We don't price match online website (wtf??)" I mentioned VGP has a couple retail stores, which seemed to shut her up, and he checked on an online kiosk, came back and said "no problem" and even gave me the extra 10% without me bitching about it. There's no reason they shouldn't PM if you live somewhat close to the two retail locations (Mississauga or North York) but if you're a decent drive (I'd say more than an hour) they might want to tack on the shipping fee.
 
those wanting SOCOM might want to spend the extra $20 and get the bundle from EB..not a bad price though

Fracture was also 9.89 at the Weston and 7 EB Games when I was in to pick up GH:Metallica

That'd be a good buy for people with rhythm games containing vocal tracks that only bought the guitar bundles. You'd have a hard time finding a cheaper USB mic
 
Day 12 was a pretty big one. Saints Row 2.

Unfortunately it was very limited stock they brought in especially for the promotion, and it's already sold out. Aaaaaaand once it's restocked, it'll be back up to $59.99

Shame, I definitely would've picked that one up.
 
I think there will be one more big one for $19.99. I don't think Saints Row 2 will be the only blockbuster. Imagine if they get Valkyria Chronicles as one of the games.
