The game is great, regardless of console. The only preference is controller, get whatever version you feel has the better controller
 
Not that it makes much difference, but a side by side comparison gives the GameCube an edge in graphics because its colors are more vibrant. But you wouldn't notice the slightly muted PS2 visuals without doing a direct comparison and the two versions seem to be identical otherwise.

Yeah it is pretty funny how they and EB do this--almost just proving what a scam most recent games they sell used are.

With how poorly this title sold compared to the first it should be at $20 within a month. This is a great deal, however, if you really want to play the game now though.
 
Did anyone else get VJ2 for $27? They had a $5 off coupon during the holidays and my friend got it for $27.

Besides progressive scan I don't see any difference at all between the cube and ps2 version of vj1. This sounds alot more like something for the gamefaqs forum.
 
Meh, there was some slowdown and a tad bit more pixelation in the PS2 version, also some tranparent portions of the foreground in the NGC ver are no longer transparent in the PS2 ver. None of this is truely noteworthy.
