Do you mean the ranks you can achieve by playing arcade mode? If so I'd go to gamefaqs, it can work wonders.

Just ignore him.. I know it's hard, I don't know why he isn't banned yet.... It's a good question, but follow everyone's advice: just ignore him and he'll probably go away.

What character are you using? I think my Akira is about that same rank, but I haven't touched VF4 in months. I made him all rugged looking with long hair and a beard, like he's been training alone in the woods for years. If I had a reason to keep playing (namely competition) I'd play more.

Brad Burns. I haven't played in a little while, as I've been pretty busy (and got re-addicted to CS: S ), but I got far enough to give him red hair, sweet shades, and I forget what else.

Cool, I think later tonight I'll pop in my old VF4 and see if I still remember how to use Akira. I also like Brad, I did start an arcade mode with him and was getting pretty good with hiim before I stoped playing.
 
I need to get back to this... I have Jacky with 99% done ... it's a pain in the ass to get some stuff though... i forget what I'm missing though.

I want to be good with Brad, but no character really plays the way I would like. I want a power character, but not crazy spin or kick type attacks. I like lei, but I just don't like playing as him... and Jacky is pretty good, but he is too "leggy" ie. is a kicking character primarily... Once AM2 makes a power/speed character that fits my taste I think I'll be alot better at this game.
 
Man VF4:Evo by far has the deepest, most rewarding single play experience of any fighting game ever. I mean, think of how long it would take to get 100% with EVERY character, and then take them through Arcade mode! ZOWZOA!

agreed.

The only other fighter that has a glimps of a chance of dethroning VF:evo (which I think will), is Soul Cal 3... amazing stuff there.

Don't know if this has been mentioned but...

VF4 Evo is only $5 at Best Buy if you use the "$5 off any ps2 or psp game coupon" that's in the deals forum.
