I was wondering about the target $10 giftcard with Fable. Does it automatically come up when they scan Fable or do I have to ask for it?

When the game is rung up the register beeps and tells the peon to give you the 10 dollar gift card. You can't use it on the purchase you made to get the card though.

Which is exactly why the stores do gift cards or coupons.
Another trick is to offer price matching on 'exact item', but the store has the manufacturer make 'their' version, so Sears, for instance, has model number 1080S, whereas Home Depot has model number 1080H. EXACTLY the same in every other way, but different model number, so no PM. Furniture stores, baby furniture stores, and mattress stores are horrible about this.

it will show up on the receit and they will just give it to you. last time i did a gift card deal i just used the gift card up on a cd
