A friend just got me to like Baby Metal. Saw the video for gimme chocolate and i was impressed with the energy

Just discovered Mic Righteous / Mic Reckless not too long ago, I think these two are great. First one is my favorite, but the second one is pretty funny IMO.

I love kicking back and lighting up with friends. It makes funny things funnier, tasty things tastier, and good music... gooder.

Recently, I've been into Lofi (there are a lot on Youtube!). It makes for great background music while i'm playing and reading.

DBZ soundtrack lol. Both Japanese and Funimation. Usually, the music on the English dub is credited to Bruce Faulconer but from what I've heard it was his students who made it. Either way, that's what I listen to at the moment. My music taste is weird, I know.

That's alright, I listen to anything from Baby Metal to Eminem, Melodic Death Metal,... Just an insane variety. My favorites though tend to lean towards the "Underground Hip Hop" type stuff. I only listen to really popular stuff like Taylor Swift and such when I'm forced to, like in a waiting room or something lol.

I don't think I've ever heard the original Japanese soundtrack to DBZ, but I really am not sure TBH. When I switched from watching Funimations current DBZ soundtrack over to Bruce Faulconer's midway through watching the Cell Saga, it sounded so much better to me. I can't go back to whatever music is currently in the Funimation Now's version of Dragon Ball Z. Too upbeat and cheery when it's not supposed to be, in my opinion.

Aerosmith - I don't wanna miss a thing

One of my favorite songs. Currently having rest at my Athenian house here, eating nice home made lunch and listening to this song. Love it!

Depends on my mood for the day. I'll listen to rock from 60's all the way up to today. I'll listen to Jazz, hip-hop, R&B and many variations of Heavy Metal. Lately been hitting 80's metal Queensryche and Doom and gloom metal like My Dying Bride. I'm all over the place but there's great music everywhere. Like what you like and roll on.

Scar Symmetry - Deviate From the Form

https://youtu.be/A3ozV4vZTIo

[customspoiler='Lyrics']I transcend my earthly form
Through some questions never asked before
Question the need to be a machine
That responds automatically
Some words will trigger certain acts
Just one of the commandments we have learnt
Some acts will trigger certain states
I think it's time to alter the game
I'm changing
You're changing
We're changing from within
Deviate from the form of nothing
Deviate from the norm to something
Deviate from the form of nothing
I deviate, farewell to the tribe
I receive the clues that lead me
To answers never seen before
And find the final piece
In the puzzle of reality
Some words will trigger certain acts
Belief in limitations we have learnt
Some acts will trigger certain states
I'm taking back what I gave away
I'm changing
You're changing
We're changing from within
Deviate from the form of nothing
Deviate from the norm to something
Deviate from the form of nothing
I deviate, farewell to the tribe
Soul volcano
Now erupting
Lava swallows
What used to be
Soul tsunami
Overflowing
Overriding
Reality
Soul volcano
Now erupting
Lava swallows
What used to be
Soul tsunami
Overflowing
Overriding
Reality
Deviate from the form of nothing
Deviate from the norm to something
Deviate from the form of nothing
I deviate, farewell to the tribe[/customspoiler]

Pedro The Lion. here's a cool NPR Tiny Desk Concert to see & hear:

There's a large fistful of songs from him that when I hear them, I turn into the Seinfeld Desperado guy. He's literally the only singer I've ever heard who can do that to me, and it can be a really old song (practically the entire Whole EP from 1997) up to very new classics like First Drumset (2022)
