What Basketball Game Should I Get?

I problaby wont get an espn game unless college hoops is that good. I have been told march maddness online sucks and the dynasty isnt that great. I love live and i heard the online is okay. So what should i get. I really want a college experience but i wont a online play also. IM SO CONFUSED.

I've been playing March Madness 2004 alot lately with the rosters with all names I got from ps2rosters.com.

I just had them mail the coupon to me, no shipping involved, I just take it to EB and get the game for $10.

I just picked up College Hoops 2k5 and it's pissing me off. Gameplay is frustrating as hell - could I miss any more shots two feet from the basket? It's ridiculous as is the rebounding differential. OK, maybe I need to play with a team other than the '89 Illinois squad but why is my center pressuring on inbound plays? I need to expand my team selections but I'd like to win a game or two with '89 Illinois.

okay, now my decision is between march maddness and nba live. Does ny one play online with either for the ps2 and how many are playing. Thanks. ESPN FANBOYS sorry, the poster above just explained to me why i didnt get espn last year. Its for that very reason. If your supposed to hit a shot it should go in. I dont miss layups in a game. If i did my ass would be on the bench getting more splinters then i already got.

Just price match it at Best Buy for $17.30!!!

It's a great game IMHO!!

Yeah, I feel the same way.

I think Live was the superior game last year, but not this year. Last year ESPN went a bit too over the top with some of the more arcade-ish aspects of gameplay while Live tried to tone everything down. This year, ESPN has moved back towards the gameplay of 2K2 with a bit of the fun aspects of last year's game.

Overall ESPN is a great NBA experience. Fun to play but also realistic...and unlike this year's (and last year's) version of Live, you can actually run a realistic fast break!
