what dept stores will get ps3 on launch?

Well upon further examination you will see there is a shortage in the first shipment, which would leave me to believe that none of the stores you mentioned will be getting launch systems.
 
To answer the poor guys question, I'd say any Sears that carry video games should. But I'd be sure to call and ask ahead of time to be sure..

Kohl's only carries games (and generally older games that sell on ebay for about $5 max, and they try to sell for $20), and I haven't been in a Pennys in ages, so I don't know about them.

Let's try to work on a list of stores that should have on launch date.
