What games do you regret selling?

I gave away all of my NES and Atari games years ago. It was when each system was fairly old (the SNES at least was out at the time) and I had one friend who was playing an Atari 2600 and another who had just been given an NES, so I let them have pretty much all that I owned. Course at the time there was no eBay and I doubt I could have gotten more than a quarter to a buck a game or so at a yard sale.

I actually just dug out all of my old consoles this weekend and shed a tear of remorse over all of the games I used to have (I now have two NES games and a dozen or so Atari games.)

My friend traded DBGT in for like 10 dollars, when the game was going for 3-500ish on ebay.

When i bought an engagement ring, i sold a GI for 240, which i paid 140 for... but now is like 400-500 :(.

Mint copies of Lunar 1 x2, and Lunar 2 for Sega CD

A bunch of other sega cd games, like Vay, Popful mail, etc

Sealed Dragon Force for Saturn

Sold a sealed Chrono Trigger for Snes for 300...but i dont regret that :).

I regret getting rid of my Sega Genesis and ~25 games. The game I miss the most is the nearly impossible to find Herzog Zwei. That was the first RTS that I ever played. It was a great game that was underappreciated at the time.

Dynasty Warriors 3. I was ordering 4XL, but when i got it i discovered it didnt have musuo mode or free mode (damn koei)

also Shenmue. I thought it wasnt working with my VMU, then i reilized it was a penguin egg. Also i couldnt get past the stealth part even though now that i have a PHD in metal gear solid, I would be able to blow past that.

Luckily, the only hardware I've ever sold that I regretted was my TG-16. The controller was a little unreliable, and this was pre-Internet, so I thought it wasn't much good to me. I got $75 for the unit and 13 games, I think.

Here's my top 10 list of games I wish I hadn't gotten rid of:

10. Mario Kart 64. Traded it for Diddy Kong Racing. Got $42 for Diddy on Ebay, but still miss Kart.
9. Persona for PSone. Thankfully got another one in trade.
8. Final Fantasy NES. Got it for $10 new at TRU, probably got that much for it.
7. Popful Mail Sega CD. Great game, and mine was mint.
6. Suikoden 1 PSone. Still have my II, thankfully.
5. Lunar: Silver Star Sega CD. Another mint Working Designs game. I do have it on PSone now.
4. Super Metroid SNES. I bought it complete in Japan for $10 in '02, but still...
3. Snatcher Sega CD. What a great game. Can't find it for under $70 now.
2. Lunar: Eternal Blue Sega CD. Another mint game, even had guide. Got ripped by a NPB on Ebay. Relisted, and got way less. Grrr!
1. Discworld PSone. Sold it and guide for $20 to friend of a friend. Bought game off eBay years later for $70. A MORON IS ME!!!
