What gifts does your employer give? (if you work)

$75 dollar check, before taxes are taken out. Since I am the boss now, I am probably going to give some added gift certificates to my employees. Not sure what though since the area I live in is pretty thin for places to go. Maybe Applebees or something.
 
We get a paid day off to go party during business hours. This year we're going for fondue, with the company footin' the bill on the food and beverages. Then my department usually hosts an after party at a nearby pub. (Not too shabby for a not-for-profit.) We also got a year-end bonus in October (fiscal year-end bonus).

It's always this time of year that I remember the job I turned down... $1000 guaranteed Christmas bonus with up to $1500 more based on performance. But I think it's worth it to work in a less corporate-feeling place with people that I like enough to spend time with off the clock. :)
