What is the plug on this headset?

It's from a headset and I have no idea what the plug on it is called. I want to buy an adapter for it, but I need to know what to google first. Sorry for the picture quality, but if you know the answer to my question then I'm sure you'll recognize it.

I went to newegg and searched for a few headsets. I saw some pictures that had this same connector, but I couldn't find a name for it.
