What is/was your college major?

Accounting...Graduated in 1997. Passed 3/4 of my CPA on my first try in 1998 before I realized that I didn't want to be an accountant, so I quit. Haven't looked back since.

Oh yeah, minor in History, specifically Ancient European.

I'll graduate next year with a B.S. in Psychology. I'm focusing on the behavioral side, and have taken all my psych classes in that area. After this, I plan on getting a masters in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and eventually becoming a Behavioral Consultant when I get a BCBA.

I've been thinking about Cisco (a networking and computer field) but it seems like a hell of alot of computer know how that I just don't really want to be a part of

I'll be getting my Associates degree in Radio Broadcasting in December, and will either leave the contiguous US and go off to Alaska, or go on to a 4 year school and do something in the Communications field.
Stolen from another CAG Villain Nominee!
What a villainous thing to do. You've got my vote!

What the fuck woudl you go to alaska for?

I am sure they are a top 5 market.

What would be the point in going radio to waste it all and go to oblivion? I mean there is small market and then there is I give up on my career.

Also do you mean you are going to try to get a 4 year in Radio Broadcasting?

BS in Civil Engineering.

Currently, I'm finishing up a Masters in Applied Hydraulics with an emphasis in Water Resource Management. I'll be done in April.

From there, I'm out to conquer the world.

Political Science Pre-law, graduating this Summer.

I want to go to grad school this Fall for Business Finance, but if that falls through then I'm going to go back and dual major in Finance and Psychology.

The master's degree did wonders for me on the pay scale.

Finance major - concentration in portfolio diversification
Minor in Criminal Justice / Sociology

MBA programs are actually looking for people like you who weren't business majors in undergrad for diversity. Though it will be harder for you to get in without any work experience, which is also something MBA programs really want these days.
Sophomore in Electrical Engineering
Don't you go to Purdue, because I could have sworn you sent me a PM once? I still go there unfortunately.

Despite saying my major (ECET), I'm in my 5th year away from college all because I couldn't get my senior project to work. Almost finished and looking for a job.

I'll have my B.S. in Psychology in May. Planning on going to graduate school sometime soon probably for social or cognitive psyc, something experimental.

Yes, I do and i remember PMing you lol. I actually just CODOed from Materials Science & Engineering to Electrical Engineering this semester.

Lots of sci guys in here. BA in English, waiting to hear back from law schools, and expecting to one day regret not getting into clinical psychology.

Thanks for the heads up!

I have somewhat related work experience (in the field) and I'm planning on getting a job at a bank this Summer or sooner, so things are looking up!

BS in Chemical Engineering '07
Currently a MS student in Chemical Engineering with a minor concentration in biology and genetics, I may also earn a biomedical engineering certificate since my school is just starting up a program and I figure why not? I hope to go for a PhD in genetic engineering.
Going to be a chemical engineer in May
It surprise me that we have so many....uhhh...in the "box" type of people.

As in, business majors, accounting majors, engineering.

Those are all great fields but it just surprises me that CAG a devout video game site would have so many white collar workers.

I just figure we had more arties farties types. Like Television, Radio, writers, Painters ect ect.

Hmp oh well.

Got a BA in Digital Media, Internet & Interactive Systems track, at the University of Central Florida. Went straight into grad school to bypass the corporate ladder, now in my 2nd of 4 semesters at FIEA earning a Master's Degree in Interactive Entertainment, producer track.

I have an Associates in Medical Technology. Will hopefully get my bachelors in Healthcare Management (or something similar) within the next 2-3 years.
Then again, it took me 6 years to get a 2 year degree.

That is awesome. I'm interested in biology but I haven't had a chance to persue it much in undergrad aside from bio1, bio2, and a drug delivery class.

I did 1.5 years co-oping but I was a process engineer doing that working in industry. I wanted bio-chem or pham related, but it didn't pan out that way.

I'm not to sure what I'm gonna do in May after I graduate since I'm not really to sure what I am really really interested in. I'm going to take the FE/EIT exam this march which I hope/assume I will pass. I will probably work for a year while reexaming what I really want to do.

All this time, money, and effort with chemical engineering and sometimes I still think about trying to be a vet since I really love animals but I never persued it since I have some allergies. But now with the allergy shots... who knows.

But at least I know I should be able to find a good job w/ a degree in chem eng and I will figure it out then.

I'm getting a 2 year LAN Management degree, a 1 Year PC Technician degree, and a 1 year Network Security certificate. This is my 6th semester at Kirkwood Community College (the largest community college in Iowa), and I'll be getting all 3 after I finish classes this semester (assuming they let me apply for all 3 in the same semester).
I haven't decided what I'm going to do next, I really need to figure that out soon.

BS in Marine Biology with a focus in Ecology/Conservation.
..and with no realistic job offers, I'm now working on my second bachelors in biochemistry.
BS in Arts and Technology. 1 year left. Hoping to work in level design orr as a texture artist.
Cool, I'm trying to find a job as a level designer right now. I interned as one a year ago, but can't seem to find a place that wants me right now.
