The Last Remnant. Not necessarily hard, but very, very, very, very, very time consuming. Holy balls. Took me months, because I kept getting bored of the game. But I was determined to get it.
Hmmm, I've only 100% 4 games but out of all of them I would say Call of Duty 4 on Veteran was the hardest and Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga was the most time consuming. Although I did die a ungodly amount in CoD4 I never felt like it was the games fault, so that helped me get through it.
Far Cry 2 from the recent games is suppose to take a while to get all 1000 points.
I don't know if anyone still that plays that online, but I simply had to give up, anyway, after I realized the game glitched on me. I had done all of the cell tower missions, but didn't get the diamonds for one of them, so I couldn't get the achievement. So, I just wrapped up the single-player and shipped it back to GF.
Call of Duty 2 take the "toughest" honors for me. It literally took me months to get through it. There were points where I wondered if it was even possible to get through it on veteran. I did, though... eventually. Finishing it a big deal for me after all of the time I invested into it. Best $14 I ever spent on a 360 game.
Virtua Fighter 5 & Tomb Raider: Legend were not that tough, but they were the ones I enjoyed working for the most. I'm begging for an excuse to replay them again.:lol::lol:

Oh I never bothered trying to do it. My roommate gave it a shot and gave up shortly after completing the single player.

Yeah I went to the edge of madness trying to get through COD2 on veteran...but I did it, and got the 1000. Why? I don't know.
My hardest 1000/1000 was, without a doubt, Call of Duty: World at War. The Heart of the Reich level on Veteran was an absolute nightmare...... I still need 10th level prestige achievement but it doesn't give any points.
So far Mass Effect is my only full completion (1050/1050). I'm getting pretty close on Dead Rising, but I don't know if I want to go for the really involved ones like Saint and 7-Day Survivor.
Props to everyone who got 1000 on CoD2. I played up until D-Day on Veteran, spent a couple hours just trying to get out of the trenches, and said it. Fun game, though.
I had a little difficulty with COD2 also, but achievement wise I think COD4 was more difficult. The 'Mile High Club' achievement was rough, but for some reason I had difficulty getting the 'Your Show Sucks' achievement. Took me three tries and a youtube video before I finally got it. Also, it wasn't very difficult but getting the full thousand Dynasty Warrior Gundam was pretty time consuming.

It has to be impossible to get 1000/1000 on DOA:X2. It would take a virgin of epic proportions to do something like that.
:lol::lol::lol:
Gears is the only game I have got 1000/1000 on. Most of the time, I just play through games and get whatever achievements come from the normal playthrough. After that I rarely go back and replay just for achievements.
I don't have the full 1000(damn MP achievements), but I did get all the single player achievements in Burnout Revenge. It took about 60+ hours to get Golds in everything. Those are probably my hardest earned points that I'm most proud of.
Out of the ones I have is probably Assassin Creed as it was time consuming searching for all those flags.
The hardest achievements I have done were probably on Call of Duty World at War. Only really missing 2 (4 player coop and shoot down zeroes) (besides new map pack).
Mile High Club, after attempting it many of times, seems like it is all about luck.
My hardest '1000/1000' was Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Going through the game on Sith Master (the hardest difficulty) was a pain. Since I refuse to buy the DLC for 800 points I won't have true 100%, but I'm content.
I have 100% on two games: Sonic Ultimate Collection & Phantasy Star Universe. Both are pretty damn easy. I'm very close on Skate 2 & Marvel: UA.
What always gets me are the online achievements. It's great for games like CoD & SFIV since people still play but for most games people stop going online after a few months. So it sucks when they put in some make-shift online multiplayer mode w/ achievements to go along with it only to have nobody play online.
