I went in to exchange a DDR Universe 3 for a new one today because the pad doesn't respond well. The guy gives me a "new" one but it doesn't even have it's shrinkwrap on it. After the guy scans everything, I asked him to open up the new one just to make sure everything was in it. To my surprise, the game was opened and had the sticker ripped open.
He maintains his position that it is indeed "new." Ugh. My face frozen from the bitter cold outside, I didn't have the energy to argue. Now that I'm home, I'm wondering if I should go back to the same store tomorrow and ask for a straight up refund because I am returning a "new" product or if I should just go to another GS and tell them it's defective. I don't even want the damn game anymore. Any suggestions?
