Yeah, it's pretty damn slippery to me too. I probably should've tried the demo first before buying it. >_<
Couldn't remember what the original game controlled like, though, so I dunno if it's shitty programming by Sumo, or if it was just a shitty arcade game to begin with. Still, I think it'd be fun to race with your friends and such...
It plays just like the arcade one. Arcade racers around that time period feel that way more.
Right now I just cannot decide what PSN game I'll buy for $9.99, between:
Brain Challenge (The demo on XBL was cool, and I usually like casual type games).
Cuboid (I like puzzle games like it and the video intrigued me)
Geon Emoticons (Enjoyed the XBL demo long ago, and still have interests in it)
GTi Club +(liked the PSN demo a lot. Understand it has only one track, but I love 90's Arcade racers)
Magic 8-Ball (I like Arkanoid/Breakout type games and it definitely looks fun)
Soldner-X (I understand it's hard and some of its issues, but I do like the video and enjoy games like it)
Supersonic Acrobatic Battle Cars (Demo was fun and friends have it. Not sure how long it will last me, but it should be fine).
I'd probably say I'm leaning towards Supersonic, GTi, and Cuboid mostly, but still a tough choice. If money wasn't as big of an issue for me now, I'd just buy every single one of them like I do to PSN games (I just love PSN Games so much).

Most everything else I didn't list (which I like), I already own except for Fatal Inertia EX (would buy at $20 for sure).
