Throw us a bone, dammit. Just one fuckin' demo. Please?
Problem is, many PS3 demos at the show may now be properly compressed and use up too much space to be a download. Many of SCE games don't even have a demo made yet. We'll get them near release, for sure.

Do you have any evidence to back that up, or are you just talking out of your ass to make it look as if there are valid reasons for Sony's near abandonment of the PSN on the software end?

Any wild and crazy theories as to why we received around 10 PSX titles half a year ago, and not a fuckin' thing since then? Is Sony to bust working with the Make-a-Wish foundation, or solving the AIDS crisis in third-world nations?

Gimmie a fuckin' break.

Yeah, at least give us the NCAA 08 demo that the 360 has. i really want to try the game since I have it pre-ordered (for the 360....which is in the shop). I just don't get it why the cross platform stuff does not have demos for both.

Don't feel bad.

360 didn't get the Dynasty Warriors: Gundam demo either.

weird... there are hidden trailers in addition to the ones today... here's where to get them:

* LittleBigPlanet interview: Games > Downloadable Games > Super Rub a Dub

* Ratchet and Clank interview: Featured Items > Ridge Racer 7 > Ufra Special Events > Page 3

* NBA 08 interview: Featured Items > Go! Puzzle Game Packs

* Uncharted: Drake's Fortune interview: View All > M-Q > Nancy Drew

* Singstar interview: Videos > Blu Ray discs > Bruce Springsteen Live in Dublin

* Heavenly Sword interview: Games > Classics > Page 2

* FolkLore interview: View All > H-L > Lucky You

Those are some clever places. I would never think to look in any of those spots
Remember Thursday is USUALLY the day they update the store so we might see some tomorrow afternoon... *crosses fingers*
here's hoping you're right.

Check this out.

Seven developer interviews, shown at the Sony E3 Press Conference, have been hidden around the PlayStation Network Store. This is on top of all the other content that we told you about. Here's a list of all the secret vids and where to find them:
Get downloading and enjoy seeing that game footage in full screen.

E3 really starts tomorrow, with the press getting to play demos.
Maybe we'll get something.

The Sizzle video is nice, has the Resident Evil 5 teaser!
And better Kane and Lynch video.

Also the 'E3 Closing" video shows lots of stuff, be sure to pause!

I watched some of the videos....downloaded just about all of them though (sans Blacksite and UT....played Blacksite demo, and liked it).

I think BOWLING looks interesting....hoping it is a PSN game.

where dah fug are my demos?!?!

they bettah be there when I get to Chicago this afternoon...or else.

just checked again, new Stranglehold video up for dl...

also - New Goblin PC for Spider Man 3...
sucks for ppl who bought the collector's edition at EB.

I'll download the demo or whatever for Nucleus. I don't think I'll ever need a shooter like that ever again after Super Stardust, but the idea behind Nucleus seems cool so I'll give it a shot.

So, can anyone confirm that the full Nucleus game is better than the demo?

..And what's up with charging $6 just for 1 playable character in Spider-Man 3? Not quite as bad as that 'Horse Armor' thing from the 360 Oblivion but it's up there..

Oh, I thought the Goblin was free, damn.
Previously, you only got the Goblin from the Collecter's Edition of the game.

Didn't one of the people from Ninja Theory say to expect something about Heavenly Sword soon?

I was hoping a demo would show up today :/
this thread needs a new daddy heh
If you want to do it and update with all the stuff feel free...I just felt it was pointless with everything being on the Playstation website.

It is mentioned at the IGN preview that a demo is definitely coming, but Heavenly Sword isn't scheduled for release until early/mid-September, so it could still several weeks before we see anything.

I kinda like the sample of Nucleus...seems like each level is very different. $10 is rough when I have SSHD.

and music by Bogdan Racisnky (or however it's spelled) is sweet :)

I heard the same thing on one of GameSpot's shows, as they mentioned a demo could be coming soon, but that "soon" could be up to a month from now.

Lair's supposed to be getting a demo, too, but not until after it comes out since they want to finish tweaking the game as much as possible.

I also thought it was nice each stage wasn't a shooting match.
But not interesting enough for me to buy it.

When hearing bad impressions of Nucleus, I expected the game to be terrible. After playing it myself, it isn't too bad, actually kind of interesting (due to varied missions). I'll never buy it, but its a nice demo to play for now. :)

I didn't like the demo. It had a good idea, the execution wasn't so good though.

After playing the demo through once I deleted it off my PS3.

Oh well.

I want to believe that there's a ton of variety in all the stages, since what's in the demo seems like a very good premise to build on...they should've put more stages in (like 7 or 8.)

Well, at least they acknowledge it. That's the start. Now they need to bring them consistently and timely.

Karraker repeated the same corporate line about the 60GB SKU that's the most paper-thin excuse I've read in ages. I was unconvinced that the 60GB was being discontinued until I read their bullshit "foreseeable future" answer.

EDIT: Looks like a "Darkness" demo is on the way. My weekly PSN email ("Nucleus now available!") lists that a demo is "coming soon" to PSN. That's a start, but demos need to be (1) concurrent w/ 360 demos (is there a Darkness demo on 360?) and (2) out before the game is available.
