XI is the j-version of Devil Dice. got it, I don't have a clue how to play it though.
are there any issues playing or watching UK content in the US?
No. You can play games from any region without any issues.

WAIT! SotN is out??????????????

time to download the uploads on the sideloads...???

oh wow... SOTN... too bad I already have it on 360, but nice.

nice again after looking... a comming soon section??? also calling all cars is discounted now. may get it now.
Wow. SoTN.

$10 though...I'll have to think about it.
It plays on your psp...just do it...unless you can wait for Dracula X.

It's a surprise this came out. I have it on 360, but it's nice to know it's there for those who haven't played it.
Damnit, they're Nintendo-ing the price on SOTN!
Don't fall for it, kids. The PSN has the weakest digital download content of the three systems right now (w/ regard to standalone games, of course). Their price and the PSX catalog was what showed promise for them.

Don't reward their sheer fucking lack of effort for half a fucking year's worth of PSX games we don't have by paying $10 for the one PSX game that's come out since the fucking WINTER. They don't deserve it.
About to download SotN now...anyone know how much space on my PSP it will take up?
Less than 650mb ;)

Like Myke, I'll pass.
I'll get the PSP version, and my new eventual PSP, will have TV out.

oops...too late. Atleast I didn't buy the guitar hero packs

Also, my one friend is throwing me 3.00 to put it on his psp...so....um it's like I paid 7.00?

SOTN is 355MB.

I may dig up the disc, wherever in the hell it is. Then again, I may pop in Castlevania Chronicles and try to figure out why people covet it.

The price to SOTN is appalling, but it may be done so 360 prats don't cry because their version was $10. Now, though, they can gloat about "achievements" and "enhanced graphics" (did you *see* how "enhanced" they were on 360?).

I'm hoping $10 is closer to the ceiling than the floor. Show us some other titles, fuckers, and price them well. One game every half a year isn't gonna cut it, Greg Canessa wannabes.

See Myke, if I owned a hardcopy of SotN I probably wouldn't be downloading this right now. However, the copy I do own is scratched to hell in a pile of my brother's cds somewhere in his apartment.

Plus, I can't wait till October to play this on my PSP, I just can't! I'm such a SotN tool I tells' ya!

Hey, maybe they'll put out MGS next week for the 20th anniversary. My bets on that being 10.00 too ;)
can anyone recommend or not recommend calling all cars since it's a bit cheaper now?
Oh, CAC is the shit. I'll play some with you later if you buy it. I don't have a headset though.

That Japanese game XI is very odd. If you look through their store it's 600 Yen, but if you grab it off the front page, it's free.

Oh, well. Darkness demo and XI downloading.

I'll probably pick up Calling all Cars for $8 as well.

I would have picked up SOTN for $5.99, but not for $9.99. I'm just that cheap.

Blah, I wish there was an good setting for playing PS1 games on the PSP. The normal view is too small, and the widescreen view is too stretched :(

Why can't the normal view take up the entire screen vertically?

I will echo the thoughts that Calling All Cars is good. Definately pick it up. It is a hell of a good time.

Also, check your stores, I got into the Home Beta. I got the email about a half hour ago.

pretty crappy. $10 for SOTN? lame.

at least there was a discount for CAC-- everyone who doesn't own it should buy it. The game is seriously underrated.

The new PSP version will have true widescreen support.

If someone wants to gameshare Calling all Cars or SoTN with me I have Blast Factor, Flow, Tekken, SuperStardust HD or Lemmings I could offer in trade.

Ah good. I'm just glad I can have SotN on the go now.

That is the same price as it costs on XBL.

So now that SOTN is on the PSN, whoever that was who gave XBL the edge because of that, well your point is now null and void.

Yeah, but the XBL version still has achievements and enhanced graphics. Don't get me wrong, it's cool to be able to play it on your PSP. Thing is in a couple months we'll have a version designed specifically for the PSP coming out along with two other full games on the same UMD...

but you get leaderboards and enhanced graphics. and all the other PS1 games are $5. there's literally nothing to justify the extra $5.

Just...just shut up! :booty:

And you know what else?

someday everyone you know will be dead! and there's no santa.

Hmm.... The "buts" you guys use seem to be directed towards the comment I made about the XBL price? Is it wrong? I wasn't defending anything I was just pointing that out so... Ask them why it is priced that way or how to justify it. All I'm saying is they both cost the same and now, the game is on all three systems (PS3/PSP/XB). For better or for worse depending on how you view/spin it.

Compared to the other PS1 games, no its not worth the extra money.

But compared the the XBL version both versions have their pros. You have the leaderboards and graphics (are the graphics even that much better?) with the 360 version or you can play it portably with the PS version.

true. and no, the graphics don't look any better. I didn't even think about the portability aspect. Good point.

I'm more pissed about the principle. :)
