just finished playin everyday shooter for like 20 mins, like it tho. Haven't beaten it yet, but I am a big music lover and the game is awesome to just play and listen to the music, very pleased with it.

Impressions are VERY positive for Everyday Shooter at GAF. Some guy is playing it with his arcade stick.

Leaving work in 15 minutes, can't wait.

Hi everyone, I’m Jonathan Mak, creator of Everyday Shooter, a game I know you’ve heard a little about recently from Rusty Buchert. I thought I’d pop by to give everyone a purview into the life of the one-man developing crew that is Quesy Games (me). Here are few photos to illustrate.

Well, that's f'ing great.
I leave work in such a hurry I leave my wallet in my desk. (need to change the card info)

Everyday Shooter will have to wait....
hopefully Jon Mak will make some real bank of this great game
He needs sleep first! Cool that people are posting his name and stuff. Nice to see him getting some props.

lol, that's a burn. That tends to happen to me with my cell phone, one time I left it at work over the weekend. I realized it when I was waiting on some important phone calls and realized it wasn't with me -_-

Damn, dude programs on (sea) weed! I like the Korean style or teriyaki ones myself. :p

Anyway, I'll be dl'ing all that shit tonight. Thank goodness for the PSN store...

I'm going back to work now that the Office is over.

Gonna get my wallet and download this game.

Might as well get those groceries too.

Never played a ratchet game before, but I liked the demo. Not going to buy the game but its on my gamefly list.
Anyone who has played both the retail demo, and the one on PSN confirm they're different?
Same level but the PSN demo is MUCH more polished.

Frame rate is solid 60FPS 95% of the time.
Screen tearing is gone.
Menu with options.
More HUD items.
And you can upgrade a weapon in the demo.

i've got to say usually i dont like ratchet and clank games but this one made me change my mind. Half way through the demo, i realized i was having a blast playing it. I hate how they leave you hanging at the end........

I have also never played Ratchet and Clank and this game seems great. So many games that I need to buy at the end of this month though. (Guitar Hero III, Viva Pinata, dont laugh my kids love Viva) among others....What to do?

I LOVE Everyday Shooter.

I'm itching to go home just to play some more.

I'll describe it later.
But it has that same personal, handmade feeling that ICO gave me.

Yea wtf, I dl'ed this Demo like 30-40 mins. (Maybe less). But I dl'ed Simpsons demo on the 360 in about 4-5 hours. AND it was like 1/4 of the size.

Why do I DL things so much faster on my PS3? Is it because I am a PS Fanboy?

anyone beat everyday yet. I just upgraded to 5 lives and am hopen to beat it today. Always die in the later levels

The Ratchet demo was good, but not so much in that it really makes the next two weeks' wait harder. :whistle2:(

The Conan demo wasn't bad, especially when I figured out how to chop dudes' arms off with ease.

Ratchet demo was very fun, but I think I'll spend $60 on a game I might end up dying in a few times before the end of the game. I think I'm way out of R&C's age demographic.

Still fun, though.

I wasn't even going to download Conan. I am glad I did. I actally found it a lot of fun. Not nearly as pretty as HS, but much more accessible to someone like myself who sucks at hack'n'slash games. In fact, actually liked it more than the HS demo. I will probably pick this up once it hits the discount bins, or as a rental.

Conan is more like God of war ... Conan has muscles and he kills enemies very effective ... He pulls out the heart etc ...

I thought Conan was barely decent.
Kinda fun to play a mindless action game again.

Cutscene graphics were horrible though.
Shadows must be tough to do.
FMV game, all japanese.
Weird.
Imabikisou demo?!?!?!

fuck yeah!

BTW, I'm going to Minneapolis in the morning, so I'm sure there will be a great update. Like a fuckin' windfall of 20+ PSX titles in my absence.

...ah. Who am I kidding?
I'll go get that heavenly sword demo. Any news of whats coming out tomorrow?
WWE demo, and who know what else.

Stuff's up!!!

Calling All Cars is $4.99 until October 25th
Folklore PSU demo -
Possibly just an English version of the first Japanese demo, otherwise known as the prologue chapters of the game and much shorter than the other demo we got.
Juiced 2 demo
DMC4 TGS trailer
Turok "Dino Luring" Trailer
Uncharted "Tech Dive" Trailer
Burnout "Steel Wheels" Trailer
Rails & Ties Trailer
Incubus Alive Trailer
Underworld Trailer
2 Eye of Judgement wallpaper
2 Folklore wallpaper

Disappointing week.

Now WWE demo.
Kinda felt like wrasslin' even though I don't care for it.

I'm not even going to mention the lack of PSX games....... other than that.

Oh well, GT5:p demo this Friday night/Saturday morning!!!!!1

I might be up for a $5 CAC, although I'm so overloaded with games at the moment I didn't even get Everyday Shooter.

Does anyone still play it online? Is there offline multiplayer? Is it good enough to make me forget about my ever-growing dislike for David Jaffe?

If I want to buy calling all cars, will Sony charge me only $4.99? Or do I have to load my account with a set amount of dollars? How does that work?

It requires at least $5 or $4.99, so you may have a penny at most.
