when is the next deal at ebgames going to be?

they usually have like 25% off coupon codes or something at akward times of the year. I plan on buying like 5 games, one of which is dynasty warriors 5, which sells for 49.99, and I want to make sure that I don't get screwed over if I buy games too early. Should I be expecting a small sale or coupon thing coming up for the 4th of july or something?
 
Trade 1 game in get 100 dollars credit.

Seriously, how are we supposed to know?

But for some help, they do run sales during holidays sometimes so your 4th of julth thing may have one, or maybe a summer sale.


There is also a 20 percent off coupon that expires early july.
 
EB has deals going on ALL THE TIME. Buying used gets you free shipping and 15% + edge card savings every time. There are tons of games to be had for $7 and less.
 
Starting June 12th, there will be a 1 week "Buy 3 get 1 free" deal on all preplayed games.
 
well..most of the "trade 5 get a new game free" deals are done...i was gonna use it for conker (xbox), but none of the trade 5 deals were going on, so i just said "screw it," and used the 50 credit i got from trading the n64 + 6 games

I have 36 games sitting around waiting for the next time they do that deal. That or GameStop's trade 3 get an extra $10. I'd rather it be EB's trade 2 though ;)

Why note trade those at GR and use the trade 3 buy used game for 5$, or trade 2 any game (instock and preorder) for 29.99.
 
yeah, the strange thing is that the online ebgames.com and the store ebgames have their own sale and discounts, they don't go one to one......

I want to get dynasty warriors 5 , but man, 50 bucks for one game......i'm trying to buy 3 games for under 80....

but yeah, how do you guys get informed of the upcoming online deals? they e-mail? I'm kinda new around here, i don't poke around too much. Who said about the 20% coupon?

There probably aren't any near him. Not everyone has a Gamerush.

Agreed. I have roughly 11 games that are pretty crappy to meh that would do pretty well with the 2 for $10 deal. I'll probably be able to pick them up later for cheap anyway so I don't care to get rid of them and it would just go to DS games. Maybe there will be another 3 for PSP game like they had earlier this year.

I would clean out every 4.99 game my Gamerush had if this would happen again.

not everyone has an EB either.. but for trading in.. you're looking to be around the holidays.. and you never know what they are going to do next.. you won't see another trade 2 get an extra 10 until christmas.. thats if they decide to do it this year.
