Where can i buy a fat ps2?

Might be able to find some store somewhere (ebay maybe?) that has a new unit. They switched to the slim line couple years ago now I suppose it's been.
 
New fat PS2's go for quite a bit on ebay, so you might not want to check there unless you are willing to pay well over $200.

Your only other chance of finding a new one of these is a store that somehow still has backstock sitting in the back. Possibly call around to your local stores and ask. Slim chance, but you might get lucky.
 
I think eBay will be the most likely place to find one but as others said you mat luck out and find one just sitting in the back of a store.
 
Stop being difficult and buy one used. It has a warranty with it, so if it messes up, just get another used one.
 
i dont think you can find a new one, if anything ebay would be the place to look, but its not going to be cheap. Stick with the slim or a fat one at gamestop, I think they're going for 99.99 right now.

and then you'd pay tax and get nothing with it, you do realize that's a worse deal than ebay or on here right?

And, don't forget that a used PS2 from Gamestop may also be of crap condition and look and smell like someone stuck it up their ass a couple times over. Buying used is a last resort for me, unless I'm getting a phenomenal deal on a system. Of course, even if you buy used, you CAN open and clean the thing like crazy with some alcohol wipes, which should negate almost any stench and clean up nearly any filth.

But again, there's also the thought of what that indeterminate matter is thats ON and/or IN the system to begin with. How people end up making their stuff look and smell like some of the garbage I've come across is beyond me. :roll:
 
I managed to snag a PS2 w/ a network adapter, ATV 2, Ratchet 1 GH, a memory card and dualshock 2 all new in a costco bundle for 195 (the guy got burned by a nigerian scammer).

I was always watching for an eBay deal.
 
Dahhh, I just got rid of my fat PS2 at Gamestop because I had been too lazy to list it on EBay or CAG since the front cover was coming off the disk tray.

If you like, I still have the network adapter, Sony official 40GB hard drive, FFXI, and the network adapter disk. PM me with an offer.
